We can't say enough good things about Michael and his work!!We first called Busy Beaver to build our wine cellar and we're absolutely thrilled with the finished cellar. There were several 'hiccups' that made the job more difficult than anticipated and Michael handled everything professionally and meticulously. Michael is a very neat worker and very pleasant to have around.We were so happy with the wine cellar that we had Michael build our new shed - it's perfect! Michael provided recommendations and guidance that made both projects better in the end.Next - our ensuite bathroom re-model!Highly recommend Busy Beavers for any project!

Disappointed with quality of work considering the high price tag for many of the builder's choice of tradespeople. Provided no attempt to fix what some would consider unacceptable. Also does not respond to emails once the job is paid for.

I found Busy Beavers Builders through an ad in the local paper. I was hesitant to trust my home renovation project to someone I did not have a personal referral to, but all the builders that had been recommended by friends were too busy for our walk- in closet expansion project. So I called Michael.Michael was professional from the first ‘estimate visit’ and I felt confident that we could trust him with our small home renovation. He was busy with other jobs and so was unable to accommodate our project right away, but he put us on his waitlist, and was able to start within 2 months.Our project involved moving a wall out by 2 ft to create a walk- in closet from a reach- in closet, and moving the doorway of our bedroom down the hall by 2 ft, including relocation of some electrical outlets and and installation of pot lighting in our new expanded closetMichael did a fabulous job and exceeded our expectations! We are SO pleased with our new bedroom! He did quality work, leaving a tidy work space each day after he left and caused minimal disruption to us during the day while he was working. He made sure to keep dust and dirt to a minimum in the rest of the house and was very respectful of our home.I highly recommend Michael at Busy Beavers Builders for your next home renovation project and plan to have him fully renovate our bathroom as the next home improvement!
