I typically only write reviews when I'm really satisfied and I wish I could give a great review - but I simply cannot. This clinic is undeserving.I'm beside myself with how disappointed and frustrated I am.In the last two weeks, I have shown up to THREE scheduled appointments on-time, and been told Sorry

Really appreciate the staff here, I can usually get into see my doctor reasonably fast, sometimes same day over the phone. Never have to wait long in the waiting room. The clinic could use a face lift but the people are great.

I cant even give it one star honestly. They had a sign that says heal with love that made me laugh compared to how they do things. I was going in cause j had an injury with my shoulder. I knew it was nothing to do with my bones. For a few weeks i had been icing, i tried doing light stretches to keep it moving andbi had been talking with a specialist that knew exercises for generic shoulder issues. The injury kept getting worse to the point where it hurt the arm to breathe. I also know from experiences physio therapists like to have ct scans if not mris to know what their working with. The dr at this clinic refused to order a ct, said to continue doing what im doing which is only making it worse and when i said that if something was damaged the longer i wait the more damage will occur which is very true she said that was disrespect as it was opposing her opinion. ( ive been through ortho process before so i know what should be done and shouldnt be done in timely order. Me saying that to her was advocacy.) That was medical side, than she laughed at me changing my name, and kept misgendering me which different people have personal opinions but in the medical field it should be noted to not make fun of someone and use proper pronouns. so that last part didnt help me feel comfortable or safe with this doctor.

I heard they had an available family doctor, so I called them and they just hung up the phone twice before I can say anything and a third time someone actually answered but half way through asking about a family doctor she just hung up.Either they're not a friendly clinic or just not friendly to foreigners.

Staffs in London Drugs Branch are all rude. They should learn how to smile with the clients. They are all working like a robots with flat affect…The way they communicate with the patients are extremely impolite as if they are are talking to their housemaids. And they kept on chatting with a loud voices and with their native languages instead of English. Management should reprimand these staffs as they are the frontliners.

The doctor is fine and has always met my needs medical wise, however if you book an appointment prepare for a good hour plus wait time. And this isn't just one busy day, it's been every time I've gone for an appointment. I burn too long of my day waiting to see the doctor for appointments I book weeks in advance. I'd 100% go elsewhere if possible.

BIGGEST DISGRACE OF A MEDICAL FACILITY.Entire staff is horrendous, judgmental, pathological liars, and lack the ability to be decent human beingsThe issues at this and skyways office are beyond sickening and need to be looked intoIf I could do a 0 it would be.Unprofessional between receptionist lying consistently to Dr not doing simple paper work or even updating your file.Dr Atko is consistently gone on emergencies" and never in the office and the moment you bring up a concern or want something done all of a sudden you're getting kicked out of the practice an have no family Dr.Due to Dr Atko refusing to get to know his patients and actually help he decided it was easier to kick an entire family off his practice including our new born son!The absolute worse place to go to and reports have been made"

(MORE LIKE DOCTORS THAT DON’T CARE) These doctors are power tripping not to mention the fact that they make you wait hours and if you say and do one wrong thing they won’t allow you to get your basic medical care that your entitled to.Seen DR.ROSECame in for a simple blood work requisition to see about a late period and she didn’t like my attitude the doctor so she refused to give me my requisition & tried to coach me into how to approach a doctor in the future. Just because you can’t respect basic human rights doesn’t make it my problem that you don’t like me standing up for myself calmly. They even made me write an apology letter when I was under age to the clinic when I was suffering from my own medical conditions and was always stressed and un well. Thumbs down Alberta health care system team!!!! I’ve always had to advocate for myself at this clinic and they are unsatisfactory for referrals and basic interactions.Not surprised at all the bad reviews there’s a reason! I was so happy that I got a family doctor, finally. But that excitement didn't stay long, as the phone calls are not even answered, and even if someone answers the calls they don't even respond. Iam calling for a Medical Service, but not a food service, right???? Hope that they do something about this.
