Had my second ever facial at Levia today and was blown away yet again. April was amazing, the service at the front desk with Jennifer was amazing, and the product knowledge was great. As someone who gets facials relatively often, none have been better than what I’ve received at Levia. 5 star service always, I HIGHLY recommend booking yourself in for any treatment, whether you live in town or are visiting! Don’t skip this amazing spot with small town hospitality that cannot be beat!!

Within 6 days of my pedicure there were chips on my big toe. My friend had a mani-pedi the person could not even file her nails smoothly and the same length! The owner called me to offer some service to correct this situation but my friend had returned to Nanaimo.

We had the couples retreat massage with a soak beforehand and a glass of wine.. Can't say enough good things about the entire experience. It was fabulous from start to finish!

Today I had my eyelashes tinted and April did an incredible job! Absolutely amazing experience! So relaxing, accommodating, and overall such an amazing place to go to for all services! I can’t thank you enough April! I highly recommend this Spa to everyone! Ask for April; absolutely amazing! -S

I had a very bad experience with my first waxing at a different location … I swore I would never get it again … but I found out April worked at Levia and after talking to her she encouraged me to give it another try. I have known April almost her whole life I felt comfortable booking with her. Wow so professional and it was easy breezy… Definitely recommend April She's awesome !!!!!

I had an amazing experience here with all staff I interacted with. I had Renata do an amazing hair treatment (she is the best scalp massager!) She curled my hair so beautifully for my photo shoot and was a great conversationalist. My husband and I also did the 30 min couples massage and it was so relaxing. The couples treatment room is beautiful and calming. Our massages were relaxing and I loved the aroma therapy.

Jenna provided a remarkable facial. She helped get my irritated skin to a neutral state while informing me of ways to keep it that way. It was soothing with a beautiful and clean ambience, using quality products. Absolutely recommended.
