Moved to Baden at the beginning of 2021. The first few months I had no complaints. The last month the drive through line has taken minimal 10 minutes to get through, with no more than 6 cars in front for of me. Today I ordered 20 timbits and an ice coffee. When I got home discovered there were only 18 timbits in the box and my iced coffee was so bad I had to add more sugar and milk. I have worked in food service for 20 years and I know the difference between an honest mistake when busy, this was not the case. TRAIN YOUR TEENAGE STAFF BETTER!

They never have anything like donuts or Tim bits…only drinks once you run out of something or get close bake more isn’t that what a “cafe” does???

I placed a mobile order and waited for 10 minutes for my order even though the location wasn't busy. Very ridiculous service. The guy at the front didn't care about my order. Generally in all Tim Hortons they give mobile orders first priority. Here it was totally opposite. Very rude behavior. I visited the location on October 28th around 6:45 pm

Avoid the drive through, a simple order takes 30 minutes .. staff are extremely slow and not friendly. I have been there few timesI recently , always have the same “ bad “ experience.

Drive thru - Missing an item yet again. Feels like every second order is wrong. The girl at the window had zero personality and looked like she did not want to be there. Would stop going here if it weren't so convenient and won't waste my gas (given we are paying through the teeth these days!) going to another location!

Over 10 minutes for a medium coffee? Seriously do something about the teenage staff having a blast inside on my time. And get your stock situation figured out because when you don't have the one thing famous for, there is a serious problem. Maybe Baden should get a McDonald's!

The Management/Supervisors are not keeping up work standards with their team members. Instead of being their friends and chatting, they should be watching the team and correcting poor habits in order to achieve a more efficient group of workers.

Each time I go I order a Turkey bacon club. Each time I ask for no tomato. And today AGAIN, I got tomato in it! I have a slight allergy to tomato’s and I feel like this place should take that more seriously. On top of that I had to wait 20 minutes in the drive thru

Hadn't been here in about 3 & 1/2 years. Was just the same as I remembered & was a nice, cozy place to have a quick lunch with my Mom & my Aunt. Staff was still friendly like I remembered. Great job guys!
