They had come look at our job and he said he would be interested in taking it on in person, they lead me on for approximately 2 months stating they were still trying to line up ESA and hydro for a connection. Never heard back from them and put my project behind. If they would contact and mention they were not anymore interested in the job that would be fine, but to not hear from someone for 2 months and it was always a different excuse why they were not able to contact or come do the work every time I called..if they answered the phone

I needed my hot tub connected and Chris was able to help me out. He was fast, efficient and always answers the phone. He is the most reliable electrician I've ever met, came when he said he would, and charged me a reasonable fee. Great guy, very professional.

Called for estimate to do electrical work and came out to look at job to be done almost two weeks later no estimate called and Chris said he would have estimate tomorrow still waiting. Waste of your time and money. Not the way I ran my renovation business.

We have had Chris help us out on three different occasions over the last couple of years: twice for indoor lighting work and once for a new outdoor power supply to our pool heater. He has also completed lighting retrofits at my wife's place of employment. He is very professional; his quality of work is excellent; he provides his honest opinion on options to make the job more easy and efficient; and his prices are quite reasonable! As a result, he is quite busy! He does his best to respond as quickly as he can and always tries to accommodate requests. Be patient and you will not be disappointed! I would highly recommend!

His detail and warm personality have gotten him far as an excellent Electrician and business owner. Chris said he would call back in minutes but did not. No response to e-mail either. The job is small but consider this: we will need wiring for 2 cottages in the coming years. How would I know to call you for those jobs? Every contact is an opportunity to impress. If you have no time that is not an issue and no one would think less of you for being honest. Being ignored or deflected is an issue for people. Trades people may be skilled at their job but customer service and time management skills are too often lacking and it is very frustrating. I hope you stay busy nonetheless.
