Client of 4 years. Went away on vaca with no service for a month, due to an error on my card, payment bounced back more than once. (Didn't have phone or service, so I never knew but it was for 1 payment) they didnt call me either, I had absolutely no warning of this happening. So I explained myself, they respond there's nothing they can do. Canceled and won't have me back for 1 missed payment. I could of paid a whole year in advance if that's the deal they wanted, but they wanted nothing to do with me anymore. What a slap in the face. All the fees ended up costing around 200$ extra just to close and cancel everything. Just horrible. Don't go there !

Not sure the location, as I dealt over the phone. I have a 2016 trailer which required a significant amount of work this summer. My insurance states it covers most of the work, but when I tried to get it covered, between them and the dealer, it was normal wear and tear. I do highway driving, my suspension should not be gone after 8000 miles total. Was not satisfied.

LES PIRE ASSURANCE NE FAITES PAS AFFAIRES AVEC EUX. ............C'est des voleurs j'ai une assurance invalidité pour automobile avec eu je suis blessés depluis 3ans invalide a travaillé je ne peux plus marché il on jamais voulue me payer il on dit qu'il allait me rembourser mes assurance a la place de payer ma voiture vue que sa leur coûte moins chere il on fait sa a 2 de mes amis aussi la j'attends de recevoir leurs remboursement sa fai 5mois et je nes jamai rien reçus encore je les appelle tout les moi et il me dise que il on fait des erreurs envoyer le cheque au mauvais adresse datendre quil vont me l'envoyer ..NE FAIIITEEE PAS AFAIRE AVEC industriel alience!!!!!!!!

My mother has invested in this company for over a decade. We submitted claim in May and there has been no update in months. Do not invest in this company. They work hard to take your money but when you need them, there is no communication. Terrible customer service

I would like to say that my concerns were addressed and my issue was resolved.I'm very satisfied with the final results and I have to say I am now pleased by the results. Thank you kindly Dan 19AugI've been a client since 1993I recently received some money due to the Class Action Lawsuit against IAI've been trying to withdraw my money but I have not been successfulI called numerous times my agent and I have been waiting almost 3 weeks for my money and nothingThe customer service is non existingI don't recommend that you invest in this company or buy any type of serviceThis company is a nightmare and I am extremely frustrated and disappointedIf I ever get my money I will close my account because they don't do anything for me and they are far from helpful

Appart le dernier M. qui m'a aidé...je suis vraiment pas étonné du service que j'ai euv. Un chèque m'a été envoyé par la poste le 4 décembre que je n'ai jamais reçu" j'avais pourtant été claire que je voulais le dépôt direct... mais non le chèque avait été envoyé même après avoir envoyer mon spécimen chèque par courriel etc... Donc

Yves Charbonneau qui s'est occupé du dossier de mon beau-père suite à son décès à fait une excellent travail JUSQU'À ce qu'on demande un rendez-vous avec lui pour avoir plus d'informations concernant le chèque d'assurance reçu. Monsieur à fait pression sur la famille du défunt, de l'intimidation en quelques sortes et du chantage émotif envers la veuve parce que tout ce qu'il voulait était de repartir avec le chèque pour donner un montant X à tous les mois à la veuve. Pendant ce temps eux réinvestissent l'argent et que Monsieur Charbonneau le courtier à probablement une cote dessus. J'ai personnellement des clients qui désirent annuler leur dossier après que j'ai passé un nombres considérable d'heures à y travailler et j'ai toujours respecté la décision de mes clients. QUEL MANQIE DE PROFESSIONNALISME ET D'ETIQUE!!! INCROYABLE !!! La compagnie vient de perdre 4 clients grâce à lui! BRAVO
