Terrible service and work. Ordered the wrong windows, and then overcharged from quote. I tried to speak with the owner about both issues, he was arrogant and unwilling to take responsibility. Now, only a year later, during the cold snap we had, i have an inch of ice built up around those windows. Go someplace else, they're not worth the bit of money you save.

I was promised glass install today. After waiting over two and a half months for the glass to come in the day is finally here.I Called this morning to confirm time as original time was scheduled for 8:30am for the entire day install. Lady answered the phone and said yep he should be right there any minute. It’s now 11:00 and I have called over 30 times with no answer, no response no nothing. Extremely unprofessional. The answering service told me the store isn’t even open today, and won’t be open untill the new year. I will gladly remove this review when all west glass rectifies this issue. Otherwise I stand by my review, the glass was prepaid over 3 months ago, the service and install? No where to be found.

We ordered a replacement living room window. The service was very good, professional and absolutely exceeded my expectations. The install crew were really good at what they do and were great to deal with. I would highly recommend this company.

I am the owner of Deller Automotive. All-West comes to my shop to replace windshields for my customers often. They do a fast, professional job every time. Fair pricing. I have never had a single complaint about a job they have done for me

I ordered the window in April. Twice they ordered the wrong size window. Not one person phoned me to let me know what was going on. I had to keep phoning them. I finally had it installed in September. Way too long of a wait. Then instead of asking if we wanted to move a shelf or not they cut a huge chunk out of the trim. The shelf was going to be removed. Now I have a hole cut out of the trim which looks really trashy. Never again will I deal with this company!!

I would highly recommend All-West Northern Glass. In 2021, they replaced our basement window and last week Ron replaced the glass in our front door. Each time they were professional, friendly and efficient. Ron truly went above and beyond, thank you for the amazing service!

Had Matt? come to give me a quote on a shower door repair on the 15March2018. Today, now the 26 March I am still waiting for that estimate. Jeez how long does it take to figure out the cost of an hour or less of labor as it wasn't a huge job. I suppose that is the problem, my job wasn't big enough to warrant a call back?After waiting about a week I called Prism Glass. They came that same day and fixed the shower door.Too bad for All-West Northern Glass, as the shower door was the first job on my list. I also have windows to replace in 4 different properties. Guess who won't be getting phone call to assist me with window replacements.

picked up a rock, needed to get the crack that was spreading stopped or turned. The gentleman then answer the phone was polite and informative and told me that they no longer offered that service because it doesn't always work and it's hard to warranty so buy a new windshield.I next called the glass shop and the gentleman there Jason Ludwig, told me to come on over and he did fix my crack or at least tried to but couldn't not warrant it so it wouldn't cost me anything.Jason came out friendly gentleman turn the crack back on itself and ended my problem. Jason wouldn't accept payments so the best I can do is this review.Certainly if I lived in Grand Prairie I would be doing business with Jason.

I went in to get a piece of glass cut, a simple cut. 25” by 20”. They rushed the job and there wasn’t a straight line on any of the cuts they made. I took pictures of the piece before I spent 3 hours fixing their mistake. I sent the pictures to them and asked to get a discount on what I paid for. It was a hard no from them. And the holes they drilled in the piece I got wasn’t even the right measurements I have them. They were off by inches. I would not recommend this place
