These guys do not return calls. Despite posting their sign on the road with their phone number for information. I called and left four messages on separate days. Trinity , who will pick up the phone?

As per reviewer below, this company NEVER answers the phone. They damaged my lawn when installing Bell fibre. I had even spoken with Bell prior to where the could dig etc. now staring at a massive hole in my otherwise beautiful lawn filled with sand and rocks. Same on the street side boulevard. I am now chasing Bell to repair/pay. No calls either if they had planned on coming back. Soil, sod, labour. Terrible service.

We got verbally accosted in a parking lot in Innisfil for absolutely no reason - screamed at my fiancé and I that we looked “f***king entitled” while still in our car. We’ve never used their services and had never heard of this business. I wouldn’t trust anyone that employs someone of such an aggressive and rude nature.

Employee of the company almost killed me while driving on 427 south at eglington, trued calling the company with no response, emailed and messaged the company with no response. This company obviously doesn’t care about the employees behaviour as long as they are making money…..disappointed in there lack of care!!!!!!

This company is downright awful. Nobody answers the phone at any time - I have called many times. The install of fibre optic to my house was shoddily done by incompetent people. Cable was not in the trench, cable stub was sticking up 4 inches, connection vault crooked and below grade. There is a drainage easement on my property which has now been compromised by their poor workmanship. I had to fix as much as I could MYSELF!! Too bad I could not give them zero stars - they deserve it - also to Bell for choosing such a garbage company.

We called Trinity to install a Ring video doorbell at our house. They scheduled the appointment quickly. The tech was great, we had some problems with our doorframe not being flush but he was able to still make it work to get 180 view. He helped us with the settings and explained how everything works really well. So far so good with the Ring bell too. Will use them again when I'm ready to set up some cameras.

They were able to correct the issues that we were experiencing and from start to finish were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Mike and the team are excellent. Very professional! We needed a residential solution and he was able to suggest the best option for our needs that fit within our budget. He also personally took the time to walk through the solution with us to show me how to optimize it for our needs. Trinity was also very responsive -- we had everything set up the same week we reached out to them.

Purchased the Ring wireless door bell from Trinity and the price was great and more affordable than Bestbuy. Had one of their techs install the product and I am very impressed with the level of professionalism and patience he had with my barrage of questions. He took the time to help me navigate through the product/app and also advised that there was a 24 hour support line in case I need assistance in the future. I would most definitely recommend Trinity to all my friends, family and colleagues.
