I went to self-checkout the other day and a dollarama employee became a trackstar RAN over to hover and keep and extra eye on me. She did not do this to other people. My friend and I are both black, and can not help but think this racially motivated at she WENT back to her “normal” position once we left the store. what a welcoming experience.

I don’t use self check outs.. I should not have to wait for a cashier to be called to the cash and I should not have to pack my own stuff if I bring my own bag and the cashier was very snippy towards me when she told me I had to pack my own stuff because I brought my own bag I am not going to buy a reusable bag from there everytime I go.

Love this store. Lots of selection of various items. Prices are excellent, it helps with the price of groceries to have this discount choice. And I believe it's Canadian!

With the new social distance rules, it's actually become even easier to shop here! Plenty of products, the place is almost always super clean and the staff are very friendly and considerate. I really enjoy the leather work gloves from here for my gardening use too!

Large selection of stuff. Always have everything in stock even though it can get very busy at this location. Staff is friendly and the lines usually go quite quickly incase you are in a rush.

This is the best Dollarama around. It has the most variety of goods. The new scan yourself registers are horrible. So many things it cannot detect the wait of so a staff person has to continually clear the error.
