Jeff has helped us at our cottage many times in the past. This time, Dave got the job. He is very personable, and did a great job in promptly troubleshooting and repairing our plumbing problem. Great to have water again!

Jeff came on Canada Day to help us with a blockage between the house and the septic tank. This was emergent as we had our family of 8 for the long weekend. He was able to assess the blockage, find the cause (tree roots blocking the inlet to the tank) and remove the blockage. He also gave great advice on how to prevent this from happening in the future. I can't recommend him highly enough! Thank you Jeff for your expertise and advice.

Jeff is awesome! Very punctual and professional. My water shut off and I was in a pinch. Jeff can over within the hour that I called him and he fixed it! Great guy and very reliable. Highly recommend him.

I would highly recommend Jeff Rombough Plumbing. I needed to replace my whole plumbing system with a submersible set up at the end of January in the coldest of temperatures. Not only did Jeff come to me immediately after my system froze and a desperate call for help but he diagnosed the situation promptly, had an on site visit and started to work the next morning with his electrician working for two days from 8am till 8 pm in the toughest of terrain conditions and wildest of winter weather even chainsawing through snow, slush and ice to sink the submersible pump. He knew I had been without water for several days and, even though there were many other emergencies as a result of an extreme cold weather alert, he (and his electrician )managed to work long extra hours to fit us all in. His professionalism, expertise, resourcefulness, patience, calm and reassuring manner kept me sane and confident. There was a great deal of both indoor and outdoor work all done with care and total consideration. I can not recommend Jeff Rombough plumbing highly enough.Jeff came highly endorsed by Dan Pengilley who has a hardware store in Bala and was also invaluable as a trusted resource and advisor.

I cannot recommend Jeff highly enough - he was professional, responsive, and went above and beyond to help us. We needed our kitchen drain piping re-routed through our crawl space, which was a difficult job. Jeff was very patient and resourceful in figuring out how to get it done, which was hugely reassuring. He completed the work in a timely fashion, his work was of high quality, and his pricing was fair. If you're looking for plumbing help for your home, he is the person to call. I've worked with many trades over the years, and of all of them, Jeff is one of the best I've encountered.
