Total Healing Therapeutic Massage
After finding Total Healing on Google Maps close to home, I wanted to try them out since my massage therapist retired. I was very happy with the massage by Mekdes. My body was sore from some adult flag football and I felt much better afterwards. The pressure and active stretching was perfect. I’m excited for my next appointment.

Mekdes is absolutely amazing I have been to a few different massage therapists and haven't had the best experience until I found Mekdes! I refuse to go anywhere else now! Always have the best experience and feel so relaxed and comfortable after getting a massage from her!

Mekdes was the first person I went to for a massage. I didn’t really know what to expect and what to compare it to. I felt much better after my first massage but all my tension and stress wasn’t gone. I went back 4 more times after that and every time it reduce the stress in my back and shoulders more than the one prior.Since I have moved I’ve been to 4 different massage therapists and some of them were more expensive, but none of the treatments or care was even comparable.I would highly recommend her. her pressure and attention to detail is unparalleled from my experience!

I had such a good experience with Mekdes. She listened to what I wanted and gave me exactly that. I have an office job so my neck and back are tense and tight, and already after the first appointment I feel less tight and more relaxed. I would highly recommend her for anyone who needs a nice and peaceful massage. Her massage room was very clean and professional as well !

Mekdes is THE BEST. I’ve been seeing her for over one year now and I 100% recommend that you book yourself in for a massage with her. She cares deeply about her clients and will tend to any injuries or complaints you may have. She is well-versed in many different areas of the body and I love how every massage I get is different from the last. Not only is she great at massaging, she is a sweetheart too. Our conversations fill me up and I always leave there feeling amazing, physically and mentally. She lives one block away from me and most of the time, I see her on a weekly basis because she’s that amazing!!
