Super friendly and attentive. Great selection of tile and really knowledgeable staff who answered questions from product specifications and style to very technical installation and materials usage. I was happy to find a new tile store until I spoke to the manager by the name of derek nilsson. Turned me completely off from the idea of giving them business. As long as he’s there I will not shop there. I do not want to embarrass his staff or family by writing what exactly happened so I will be the bigger person and not say what happened. All I will say is DONT SHOP THERE! In my opinion Tierra Sol is the place to go.

We had an amazing experience with Lisa on May 22nd. We are building a new house so we had a lot of selections to make. Lisa quickly tuned into our style and her suggestions were spot on. She has a keen design eye and expertly coordinated tile selections with other finishing samples we supplied while being mindful of our budget. Well done, Lisa! 11/10 !! Thank you for making what could have been an overwhelming experience into a very pleasant one!

Excellent PEOPLE, tile selection, atmosphere, place to visit, and SERVICE too. I visited this store yesterday to look at tiles. And I am buying their tiles. Great people, very helpful too. Lovely and great quality selections. They cater to different tastes and price points. No matter who you are there is something for you there. They don't underestimate their customers. Carley M was super nice.

We previously purchased the perfect tile for our backsplash here. We are looking for backsplash for our new house, and rushed right back. Unfortunately, we didn't find something that worked perfectly. That said, Marc is absolutely amazing!! Best customer service and care that you could want! We really wanted to buy from him. I'm sorry we couldn't work it out. Next time!!

We visited Ames this past Saturday for the first time. The showroom was incredible and the staff, delightful! We would like to give a special thanks (again!) to Sam Halyk and Victoria Kenefick for their assistance. Though our renovation project is quite small compared to what they are used to at Ames, Sam and Victoria took the time to help us out. They located some tiles for us and the gentleman in the back of the warehouse very kindly loaded the tiles in our vehicle. Thank you all for the great service! :D
