New TimeZone

Friendly people. I brought in a used Orient watch I was considering buying for evaluation, since it was running very fast. After being turned away by a few snobby watch shops because they don't deal with 'Chinese watches' (fyi this is a Japanese watch), I decided to stop by at the New TimeZone. The owner of the store quickly looked at it and advised against buying since it had a damaged balance wheel. Saved me time and money. Thank you.

brought in a womans Bulova watch which had a pin missing. It had previously been glued in and the worker here told me it would have to be drilled out. I said that would be fine. When my wife went to pick it up, it was so damaged that there is no point in trying to fix it. The link that needed repair is the first one in from the face so its very visible. It was bent, scratched and has glue coming out the end. After my wife complained about the state of the watch, the man began complaining that he shouldn't have taken it on and that she was aggressive. He gave it back without charging us. I thought I would try and support a smaller store but it didn't work out. Unless I was able to purchase a new link( watch is 8 years old, so unlikely) this is essentially useless.

Had an issue where the second hand would just move back and forth.Took this watch to 3 places. First place put a new" battery in it and the next place quoted quite a lot to fix it.Vicky put a good battery in it and it worked for about an hour but it acted up again. I dropped it off so they can have a closer look. It turns out a few of the gears's teeth are missing and a replacement parts need to be ordered.Will update this review as it goes. Cheers"

Changed my battery but also made adjustments I didn't ask for. Changed the size of my link setting, and now my chronograph arm doesnt line up where it used to. Before I brought it in, FOR A BATTERY CHANGE, the link was set to spot 3 and the sweeping arm was at 12, now the link was set to one and the sweeping arm is at 4 ...not impressed, didnt ask for him to do anything but change my battery. #Notimpressed.

Great service! My watch needed a strap repair and the fella took care of it right there and then! Typically with other places they would ask you to come back the next day to pick it up but this was a quick in and out. The people were very nice, very friendly atmosphere, lots of cool watches and fancy clocks. Definitely recommend this place!

Vick and sonia were amazing. Went and got my battery changed in one of my watches and they helped me remove links from a gold bracelet. I knew Vick had a lot of experience the moment he looked at my bracelet he knew the brand and model immediately. Honest individuals and very pleasant to speak with.
