We are very pleased with Northern Snow’s service. The bigger tractors seem to do a better job. We found that the tractor wasn’t getting the edge of our driveway but the last time it was done, there was much improvement. We also found if there was an issue, you responded quickly. I was very pleased with this service, from the end of driveway posts to the alerts on my phone and completing two passes when there was a lot of snow. They were quick and efficient in doing the job. ***** five star service for sure!! ***** This is the first year that I have hired out for this service and let me tell you, I will again. Always professional and respectful of the property. Always arrive in a timely manner, even after the fast & heavy storms. Also a huge thumbs up for the constant care in customer satisfaction and professionalism.

We’ve had Northern doing our snow removal for the last two winters and are very pleased with their service and professionalism. I like how transparent they are and how they keep you updated. They are also quick to reply if I’ve had an issue or concern. Definitely would recommend them!

The young lads are friendly enough. Sometimes they come too early to clean the driveway ends when I told them the city comes between 3-3:30 in our neighborhood, so I would have to shovel the end out to go to work. Their machines also leave a trail of snow into the road, it would be nice to have that cleaned up as it would take 2 seconds of time to do that. I also agree that the edges could be cleaned a little neater. Good prices. I like that they text me when they are coming so I know to be prepared to move my car. Sorry I can’t leave a 5 star so I likely won’t be entered in the gift card giveaway.

Norther Snow has done a fantastic job of keeping our driveway clean all winter. I appreciate getting a text message to let me know when they are coming and they do a great job of removing the snow. When I have had a problem, they have responded promptly and have taken care of the issue. I would definitely recommend them!
