I needed a new battery as my phone wasn’t turning on. I dropped it off at this location and picked up the phone in worse condition than I left it in. My screen is distorted when it wasn’t previously, only had a battery issue. I cannot see any content on my phone clearly. The employee tried to sell me a screen fix for $40 when it was his fault for messing up the screen in the midst of fixing the battery. It’s been a week since the “fix” now and the battery is awful. My apps won’t work and they freeze and crash. When I charge my phone, it overheats and becomes very slow. I never had these types of issues until I dropped off my phone to replace my battery. I paid $60 for them to break my phone. I want my money back. Do not fix your phones here.

Highly recommend it for your phone repairs. I recently got my camera and ear piece fixed on an iPhone 8. The gentleman gave an extremely good price for both and later found out that camera didn’t have any real issue and fixed it for free regardless. I’ll definitely be coming back In the future.

Went their with a broken screen, but ended up with a phone that don’t connect to the network anymore. They kept the phone for a week, then told me they fixed the issue charged me more money. It worked for a day but the issue reappeared right after I restarted the phone which I do everyday at midnight. Been calling, texting them for the last few days without any response.This is just my experience with them. Maybe others will have better experience. Good luck.

Went with a broken screen issue and since I only wanted to repair the screen as to get the picture from the old phone and not really use it later, I wanted the cost to be as low as possible hence opened the phone myself and went with the open phone to check the new screen. RJ tech were very honest and never got the feeling that they were trying to rip you off, which I got from every other place I went, he ordered the screen for me, I went the next day, we checked that the screen was working… he also offered to put back the phone for me, as we were not sure if the new screens swipe is working at that stage as it was all disassembled, his argument was that once assembled it should work, so I guess to prove, more to himself then me, he quickly assembled it and didn’t charge anything extra, which shows that he is true to his words. I was actually willing to pay him for his over and above efforts, but he still did not, I guess that’s because he never intended to. Very rarely I find such genuine sales person. So if any one looking to buy any cell phone parts or to get their phone repaired, and are around the GTA area , I would highly suggest to check them out.
