False advertising, avoid at all cost! I went in to look at a Mazda Rx-8 2009 GT, sat down with the salesman and told him I wanted to finance it, he refused and said they do not finance any car under a 2014 and it would cost about 350$+ a month for any finance off the lot, I Informed him that the spec paper inside the car says finance available" and was still refused. THIS IS ILLEGAL! According to consumer protection I'd have to lawyer up and fight it but I'd rather not give them a PENNY! Avoid these shady people. On my way out I mention I had spent 2 hours driving down only to be told "count yourself lucky you didnt come from further out" Insult to Injury. 0 stars if i could!"

I went with the car (less than one yr old) for a known (gas pump issue on 2020 Yaris) trouble. They didn't even look at the problem, but charged me for troubleshooting (not fixing!) a totally NON-EXISTENT issue that was not covered by warranty"!I was intending to buy a Tacoma this autumn

I went to buy a car and I met Jeremy Pothel, the sales person there, in the used car department. Honestly it's the first time in my life that I see the salesman care about the customer more than just selling.He helped me a lot. I bought an excellent car.It was an perfect experience for me.Thanks a lot Jeremy.

This dealership​ is a must see! One of the largest most modern dealers that I have seen. Great ambiance and very friendly staff. *****

Avoid this dealer!!!- They give you appointment even if the car you are looking for is already sold.- They lie, their cars are not inspected. Only cleaned to look nice. But there is no trace of any inspection.- I had a check engine, I asked them to inspect the problem. They only did a reset, check engine reappeared after few days...- they give you a price and the next day , when you are ready to sign the contract they rise the price and/or push you all kind of shady fees (administrative fee etc).Avoid them !!!!

I’ve been trying for 3 weeks to get an appointment for a maintenance and no one has called me back. I’ve left countless of voicemails and even tried booking online and it keeps saying they will call me back and never do. I’ve already paid for a maintenance package with my lease and it’s ridiculous that no one has been able to call me back for 3 WEEKS! I feel robbed.

A very bad experience, I bought a Toyota Corolla 2018, a week later, it turned out that there was a problem in the suspension and sounds were issued in the suspension Although there is a one-month warranty from the date of receipt, the company did not provide any services despite the disclosure of the car and made sure that there were sounds. Simply reply through the seller that the car is safe to drive and we are busy, you can visit another center for detection.

Just went to this dealership for a used vehicle. We had an appointment yet no one was available to see us. From the moment we entered we could tell no one was interested in serving us. Finally a salesperson came and he did not even bother to introduce himself or to get our names. Overall, terrible experience. We were not even offered a glass of water. This experience felt like we were walking into a car dealership bothering someone to sell us a car. We must be used to salesmen actually caring and wanting to sell you something! Car has been on the lot for 2 months and now I can see why. We asked what could be done in terms of negotiation and the response was nothing". We walked out without even being told a simple goodbye. Do not even bother visiting this place."

I came in on Saturday morning with an appointment for a 2017 Tacoma. The salesman, Alexandre was 5 stars I have no complaints whatsoever he explained everything well & was there for our questions.The dealers service & way on business itself is a joke.They required a 500$ deposit to simply pass at financing... This is ridiculous & a hassle if ever you want your money back.Then to see the trucks maintenance & inspection papers from Toyota you had to sign documents as if I was buying the truck, but could cancel at any moment without consequence.I've never seen a dealer conduct themselves this way & it's a real shame because you lost a sale Saturday morning.
