I am so so happy to visit Work BC in Chilliwack.When I first visited that I so disappointed to find job, but a young receptionist lady treated me kindly. So, I was able to recover. Then respond quickly. I heartfelt thank you to all the staff !!!

I was very impressed with the way these wonderful people helped me get into my new career. I couldn’t afford my education course,,but they made it possible. I highly recommend this to anyone who is looking to change careers

Very friendly reception staff, was well oriented/helped with the computer registration on monday. Brand new shiny center.My feeling on this morning's appointment is that you need to fit the box perfectly to expect somekind of help, got told I didnt really needed a case manager right off the bat, no checking options, no discussing if opened to new skills training, no help discussed/refered even though I told her I was without revenu since 2018. Was refered to the printed indeed" work ads book.Great place to consult work websites or work on your resume if you dont have a computer.There probably are worthy case managers there

Do not go there for an interview … 45 minutes to an hour of your life wasted with questions like what did you eat on your lunch in the 3rd year of your work experience? and no replies till date. Repeat contacts and emails still no response at all.Plus be ready to be tarred with the same brush as a uneducated, illiterate, never worked in your life and doesn’t matter your qualifications or experience. This is Canada and you need Canadian experience.

New aint necessarly better. Wish the staff/ways from the previous center had followed. Hope I wont need to go to this place ever again.

I highly recommend utilizing the services and expertise the group of individuals here provide. They are thoughtful, dedicated to your success and the workshops they offer are informative and up-to-date. The employees are attentive to the different needs of each individual and are the best “cheerleaders” for helping you obtain your end goal.

Catherine and Her fellow co-workers went out of their way to find me a ride to Burnaby for my training! This place has an exceptional team in place, who want nothing but for you to succeed! I am so blessed to have these people work so hard for me!! I wasn’t just another client! They are all amazing and they will work hard for you, advocate for you and support you!!They are amazing!! Thank you for helping me succeed in these trying times! I cannot thank you enough!
