I love the concept ! I got my new glasses at an amazing price and they look great. Very sturdy. The service is super fast, got my glasses in 3 days and they look so good on me. The guys working there are also really nice. I will definitely go back for sunglasses as well.

Great experience! From start to end, Ben and the team turned what is usually a dreadful experience for me into an easy and pleasant shopping experience! Wonderful service! The store is stunning, clean and professional. Would recommend to anyone and I cant wait to go back for my 5th pair!

I went in for a glasses adjustment (I know probably not their favourite thing to do) but the man seemed annoyed that I even asked.He then did a couple of adjustments, handed them back and started doing something else. He didn't even bother to check if the fit had improved and they are now actually worse off than when I walked in.

Quite overpriced for the quality of the glasses. $250 for something you can get for $70 easily somewhere else with the same build? Not worth it really. I mean if they were actually nice designer ones I’d pay that amount but for basics like this… SHIEN would do better if you are willing to read their reviews…
