Shoppers Drug Mart

Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered at the beauty section of the store. My Father and I were CLEARLY being discriminated against because of our darker skin tone, the lady that works there kept looking at us and giving us looks for just picking up the expensive perfumes on display and smelling them because we were looking to purchase a perfume. She continued to look at us with disgust even WHILE attending to another lady, continued eyeing and using vulgar body language towards us. My dad then told her not worry because we don’t steal. Good job Shoppers for making your customers extremely uncomfortable and for discriminating against others just because of their darker skin tone!!

Terrible customer service. Another Shopper Drug Mart’s pharmacy system was down on Friday. Was told by a Dr that this would be readily available at any pharmacy They called me back to relay they were sending the script over to this pharmacy & we would get a text when it always ready. Went down in person on Sunday it was still not ready (it was sitting in an inbox tray). Was just told may be ready Monday night or Tuesday? 4 days for a prescription for a child. Unacceptable.

This store owner/manager must put profits ahead of customers and employees. I was standing in a line of 7 people and they only have ONE cashier open. They never have more than one. They sometimes have a person pushing people through the self check out. People obviously hate the self check-outs. Only one person today used it while the line grew. The owner/managers need to start showing customers they are SERVICE oriented. I am avoiding this store from now on.

I called the other night looking for Tylenol suppositories for adults. I explained to Connor (or close to that name, there was alot going on and I can't recall) I explained to him they were needed desperately for a gentleman that was going to pass anytime and we NEEDED to make him comfortable. I asked to leave my number and have him call around for me. He called back right away to let me know that he spoke to the pharmacist, told us to used two children's. I thanked him so much for caring! Alot of people don't anymore. I just want h to know that the gentleman did pass that night even more comfortable because of him for caring. Thank u for having a huge heart and please never change. This is how we change the world, one person at a time.

I don't know if something has changed in the pharmacy department over the last six months or so but the customer service is really not great. My husband had some issues with the pharmacist and last night I tried to get a UTI prescription but I felt like she kept putting me off because the lineup was too long and then finally said I should get my doctor to give me the prescription. At 8:30 at night there's no way I'm getting into any doctors. So I went to the Walmart pharmacy and they had no problem doing the paperwork and helping me. This used to be my go to pharmacy but it will not be in the future

The staff at this location goes above and beyond with customer service. Kim in customer service is a delightful woman willing to help in any way. Thanks to her, I was able to locate a very hard to find infant formula! The cosmetic department is the best in Niagara. I would highly recommend this location!

I always have a good experience with the pharmacy specially with the guys answering the phone, but today it's a very disappointing customer service from someone in the pharmacy. I just called the pharmacy today, June 30th at 3:38pm. Nora answered (not sure if I heard the name right) but who ever answered the call at this time you can check that @shopperspharmacy.I did a follow up for my son's Epipen prescription. She asked for my son's first and last name then she said, they still haven't recieved anything. I said, the guy I spoke with last week said he will fax it to our nurse practioner. I'm not saying that the guy did not faxed it. Then Nora told me probably he did" but we still haven't received any response and IT'S UP TO YOU TOO FOLLOW WITH THE CLINIC.Then I told her

If I could give this pharmacy location zero stars I would. I have had several poor experiences with this location but my last experience was it. I've tried to order the same asthma medication a couple times only to be told it wasn't in stock which I understand but when I call and I'm told there is no order for it it's completely unacceptable. I need this medication to breathe. I have taken my prescriptions elsewhere. Customer service at times is completely non-existent as well.I'm also editing to add that my new pharmacy had to contact me to inform me that even after requesting that they contact my doctor for more refills on another prescription 3 days ago they still had not done so. This is medication I'm not sure how this remotely acceptable.

Dropped off a script for my toddler on a sunday evening. Was told by the pharmacist it would be ready either the following Tuesday or Wednesday as it was a compounded prescription and takes longer to prepare. Called back on the Wednesday, for an updated ETA and was told that I would be receiving a call later in the day for pickup. We are now on the following Thursday, and still no call back. My child's ailment has almost healed on it's own by now. If anyone is looking for a compounding pharmacy, try to find another and avoid this one.

After being my primary store for a few years, I have finally had enough and will drive out of my way to a different Shoppers location. This one is much more convenient so it's unfortunate how poorly managed this location is.
