The employees never pick up their phones during business hours. Certain employees are very unfriendly and impatient. Common apartment areas lack basic supplies leading to unsightly litter everywhere (Ex. garbage can at entrance or in the mail area for junk mail). They will find ways to deduct your security deposits to nil and charge additional fees. The apartments are okay - the show suites are substantially nicer than what is actually rented out.
