Freedom Mobile (Kiosk)

Not impressed with staff at this location. Called and put and complaint in because I went to upgrade my phone and that lady asked for photo ID and then went the address doesn’t matched. I explained I can provide a bill of service that has my updated address and she went no we can’t do that. I said well I can go get my passport which has my updated address and the girl (manager) refused that. She said because she’s already seen my license she can’t serve me now... last time I upgraded my phone with them they just asked to see a bill with updated address. This makes no sense because even Canada Post when I’ve picked up a package has only asked to see a bill to show my address matches... not sure why Freedom’s verification procedures are way tougher than a government organization. I should add I’m a student and I move frequently like once a year so even service Ontario said I don’t need to update my address that often and to just leave it as my parents address.

Amazing staff. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Saved me from joining the evil Iphone empire! If you go here make you talk to one of the bald guys.... they rock.

I only had the phone 3 days and this was the worst customer service ive experienced, was told my area gets service, got home, phone did not have service and was swapping to american service providers, returned the phone and cancelled the plan 2 days later, plan was never cancelled, customer support refused to transfer us to management to get the phone cancelled, was refusing to help us what so ever, after 3 hours of being on the phone we finally got the service cancelled.if you are looking for a service provider that actually helps and provides what they offer, dont bother with Freedom theyre a waste of time and effort.

WORST customer service award goes to this store. Very rude, not very helpful. Not very pleasant experience which makes you want to transfer your services to a different provider. They will also sell you broken phones. To avoid a disappointment Don't go here !

Visited this location in early November while in St. Catharines for the day. Was considering buying a new phone. Randy was very helpful in answering all of my questions. Returned a month later and bought the phone at this location, rather than in Toronto where I live, because of the great service I got at this location. Randy was there once again and he was a pleasure to deal with. Got my new phone, got my questions answered by Randy and the others at the booth and continue to be a Freedom customer. Thanks again.

If I could give freedom mobile a negative 5 i would ! Their customer service is pathetic , every time I call no one can help unless I pay more money on top of what I had already paid ( I would say that's border line extortion figures when SHAW owns you ) . Get your s$@t together Freedom . I am switching now to another provider after the fifteenth phone call to their customer service . PATHETIC ....

very friendly and professional I had alot of questions and although it was very busy the staff took the time to answer them patently and politely. I was very pleased with the plan and the phone that was recommended. I would absolutely recommend this service to anyone looking for a new mobile phone provider. a well deserved 5 star rating from me!

I went here to upgrade my phone and Jasmin was very knowledgable and answered all my questions. She was also incredibly patient as I ended up being there for over 2 hours waiting for my data and apps to transfer. All the staff here were excellent, and Jasmin just exceeded my expectations for a kiosk.
