Liliam (the sales person)was very nice. We spend 1 hour in the store sleeping from one bed to other to make our decision and she never bothered us. We bought our mattress and we wanted to be delivered on sunday this week. everything was booked so we booked another sunday in 2 weeks time. We left the store and she called us 5 hours later with the good news that she made sunday available for us. Outstanding customer service.

Sale team is great, customer service at the back and the delivery is horrible. They won't tell you any policies until you break it, they only tell you to pay for the redelivery fee after you reschedule. You don't know when they will coming until the morning they deliver, You have to wait for 3 hour straight for them to deliver, they will go if you not here. And will ask you to reschedule And pay another fee again, what a joke. Delivery guy super disrespectful, I did apologize being late and I'll be there in 15min and the 3 hour window still have plenty of time to get things done Cuz I just have a mattress and a box underneath, then said to me if I'm not here He's gone, this is our policy " well

We have been customers of Sleep Country for more than twenty years. During the past four months, we have had to replace both our mattresses.The service provided by Lillian at the Richmond Hill store was excellent. She patiently guided us in trying a variety of mattresses and did not pressure us to choose.When one of the mattresses turned out to be too soft for my husband, she exchanged it for one that was a little harder.She genuinely understood my health issues and helped me find the one that was better for my back.At the same time, she made sure that we understood that we could exchange the new mattresses, should they not solve our problem.We were impressed with the follow up calls to see if we were happy with our new mattresses.Her demeanor communicated a message of sincere concern for our wellbeing. We will continue to purchase our mattresses from the same store in the future.I strongly recommend this Sleep Country store.THANK YOU, LILLIAN!!!

This store is an absolute joke. The cheapest mattress protector they sell (which is horrible quality and you can get elsewhere for $10) is for over $100. This store needs to close down and stop trying to scam customers with their outrageous prices…

My wife and I went to purchase a mattress for my young daughter, I asked a question about the other matters that we bought from sleep country and he was none cooperative, rude and insulting to us. Other personal keep apologizing on his behalf and we were about to let it go. He return again and insult us and made fun of us. So we talked to the manager, he apologized again and said he is not just in a good mood!!?We left and after being loyal and repeat customer for almost 20 years, we purchased same matters in another place and would never go back to sleep Country again.It’s not just this one person “was not in good mood” the unwillingness of store as “Sleep Country” brand to actually address the situation and have some value for its loyal customer, that offended us.It was store#127 in Richmond hill Hillcrest mall and GOOD RIDDANCE sleep country after 20 years we go somewhere else.Thank you
