My wife and I are looking to sell our home. We thought it pro-active to have a home inspection done and deal with potential issues before putting our home on the market. Dillon did an exceptional job. He was extremely thorough and took the time to explain issues. I would highly recommend his services!

Dillon turned up punctually at the location and methodically worked through different areas of the home being inspected. Offered to let me accompany him around the home and ask questions as necessary. At the end of the inspection, almost 2 hours later, Dillon shared areas of most importance and answered any questions we had. The comprehensive inspection report turned up about 4 hours after the inspection. Would we use him again? - yes except that we plan this to be our forever home! We do recommend him though.

Well I am quite impressed. This really exceeded my expectation. Dillon was very thorough and professional. He came in with all of his equipment (including a drone) did the inspect for a few hours and literally a few hours later after the inspection i received a report. He found some concerning things during inspection that the builders failed to notice. Any questions i had Dillon answered it for me, he was very easy to get a hold of after the inspection as well. I have now forwarded the report to my builders and they are now scheduled to remediate the issue as soon as possible.I would definitely recommend Better Safe Home Inspections to inspect your home.Thank you again Dillon
