Peter is a great guy to do business with and has really good prices on his vehicle's compared to the other places around town. I rented his Nissan Altima for a couple day's and it was really nice and clean... really smooth didn't go through that much gas even with all the driving I did. Not one complaint about the car or service I got thanks again and will definitely be back if i ever need a nother rental.

Friend who uses middle name was not granted a vehicle for rent even though his license had his signature showing Ontario gov. allowed his signature using said middle name. Credit card also had it but printed licence showed first name.

Rented a Nissan Micra for 5 weeks. Great little car and the price was very good compared to other rental companies. Would definitely use them again.

They advertise that they are open, 24/7 I called several times on Saturday, left a message, then again several times again on Sunday. Still have not received a call back. Would not recommend. Enterprise is the one to call !!!

Older vehicles: squeaky brakes, shaky on highway, loud muffler. Stated that a vehicle would be available even after signing confirmation but was not a few days prior to pick up date. Information from one front desk staff to the next was inconsistent and conflicting. Would like to be supportive of locally owned companies and also wanted to gave it a shot due to its excellent reviews however I would skip this place next rental. (Ms. Inthavong)

Called this morning to get a rental car, they do not offer shuttle services on a Saturday. You can't make this up.They need more than one employee working on a weekend.Service rep i talked on the phone, was inexperienced and rude.
