Tried to find out what they have for trailers and trucks to rent was very rude can barely speak English.Will try another uhaul dealer

The person was of very little help and Never inspected the trailer. he told me to reserve online so I did - with my credit card. He then swiped my credit card and said it didn't work and asked for cash. I was in a hurry so I paid with cash. The next day while traveling I got an email saying that my supplies had shipped( which I did not order) and I would be charged ~$175. This did not show up on my u-haul contract when I dropped off the trailer. I checked my credit card on line and found there was a charge from a numbered company.( Mastercard was notified) I believe I was a victim of fraud.So I warn you NEVER GO TO GP FUELS IN BEAR LAKE!!!
