Great product selections and reasonable pricing; absolutely amazing staff that go above and beyond simply serving you. I was looking for an obscure cat toy, for my dog, and gave them a vague description of what I was looking for. They sourced a few options, ordered it and called me in within a week. They actually found a better version of the toy my dog loves! Great effort from staff and very friendly; highly recommend!

Great store. Limited choices for small animals and even more limited for fish. However, well stocked with quantity and variety of cat and food food, treats, diets, care, toys, bedding and tags. Loyalty program for certain brands. They ask without fail for my number. Always ask if I want help to my car. I do not feed raw diet, but they have a massive selection.

It’s too bad that every time I come here for my dog and cat food I always feel like I am bothering them. Never get a hello or thank me for shopping. Today was the last time that I spend money in that place. They need to be more polite and maybe smile once in a while.

Have been buying our pet supplies here for years. My only objection has nothing to do with the store but the parking situation is a night mare. Spaces too small and getting out to Promontory Road can be test for your ingenuity. We never take our truck...always the small car.
