I took my 2021 Toyota Supra here today for an alignment. I purchased this car last year and the alignment was off. I took it into a Toyota dealership and after 3 hours of waiting around, I take the car back and the steering wheel was even further offset. I had to bring the car back 2 more times for them to redo the alignment and it never felt right. I bring it to Drivehard and Joseph does an alignment to my specs, no questions asked, in under 25 minutes and it was perfect. My car has not ever felt this good, or tracked this straight. I'm very happy with it and will be using this place in the future. In fact this is the first time in my life being a car enthusiast for 12 years that I did not have to bring the car back in for a redo of the alignment. Thanks Joseph.

He performed a ton of work on my vehicle to get it ready for its new life in Canada. It was definitely the best service I have ever received from any shop. I drove to BC from Washington state during Christmas holiday and was turned back on highway by police due to no winter tires. Facing a serious delay of my trip I desperately called 20+ stores for winter tire purchase and installation on late Saturday and this store is the only one can install for me by Monday noon.
