They were exceptional! We had what was originally thought as brake issues, turned out to be a spring that had snapped which was gouging our drivers side front tire. They were the only guys that could help us in such short notice! Thank you so much, your courteousness and diligent work made me feel safe to drive our van again!

Brad is an absolutely fantastic mechanic and great guy. Always finds time to have a lengthy discussion with you about your vehicle! And still manages to complete all jobs on time with less than a week to book in. Service is impeccable, this is the only place I trust to work on my car in the S2S.

Best shop in town. Knowledgeable and friendly, they take the time to go through the invoice with you so you know what your paying for unlike other places in town. They have worked on my ram 3500 and mustang and have provided exceptional service. If you have a mustang you have to take it to jb auto, they know mustangs inside out

Broke down nearby just before long Easter weekend, these guys managed to fit us in with zero notice and 4 hours later we were on our way, very friendly and helpful, thanks for sorting us out! Also felt the owner is very honest and charged a very fair rate, would make this my local mechanic if I lived in the area.

Very poor knowledge especialy with tdi alh engines. You guys owe a big appology to one of your customer, reccomending replacing turbo while vaccum lines are fallen apart and intake is solid plugged with carbon, wont fix a power loss issue.Your quote fo fix the car was 3066.23. What a rip off. Real cost was 15$ for vaccum linrs and about 3 hours of elbow grease to clean intake. So call Carly and and say were so sorry.

Amazing shop! These guys are honest, super knowledgeable, and mindful of the fact that no one wants to blow their entire savings on keeping their car running. I think dealing with Denise (front desk lady) is literally the most helpful and pleasant interaction I've had with anyone in the service industry; she researched cheaper options, followed up, was friendly and to the point, was totally on it - amazing! JB Auto is a great example of what a community small business should be; we're lucky to have them in Squamish.

I wouldn't recommend going here unless you want to be charged a ridiculous price. All they did was scan my car with a OBD2 scanner and charged me $160 for it.

Do not trust. Dropped my car in for a simple oil change & was told my front left wheel bearing needs replacing as soon as possible due to safety concerns as well as replacing all 4 brake pads & rotors, plus some more totalling $1800. After leaving, I noticed my car was making a noise that it hadn't done before & decided to take it to another mechanic to see what they said. After 2 inspections by different mechanics, they informed me nothing was wrong with my wheel bearings & my brakes had more than 50% left. Seems pretty shady.
