Great staff throughout. Physiotherapists work with you to ensure that you recover to your full potential, the physio assistants are friendly and actually care about how you are doing, and the front staff are amazing at ensuring you can see the physio you want on the day and time you need

I was told at another physio centre to only expect 75% recovery, but Mahemud at 11150 Bonaventure dr took that as a challenge and now I’m 95% better. He also worked within my wild schedule. Highly recommend.Thanks Mahemed.

Miguel was amazing! He was my physiotherapist during my treatment due to my auto accident and he has been amazing. He made me feel comfortable and was very encouraging all throughout the treatment process. He gave me good advices on how I could remain active to stay healthy. I also had a massage with Meagan and she’s the best massage therapist I’ve ever had. I didn’t feel sore at all. Very relaxing. Thanks to Miguel and Meagan for taking good care of me during my treatment process!

TL;DR - Mahemud fixed my back.Great experience with Mahemud at Panther. I killed my back a few weeks ago and was in agony. Got in to an appointment the next day at Panther, and his treatment relieved my worst symptoms right away. Couple weeks of treatments and doing proper stretches to attack the root cause (inflexibility), and my back is back!

I have been a long term client of panther sports medicine since 2016. I have always had the best experience with their team. I have suffered from several car accidents and the team has always gone above and beyond to ensure I have the support I need. Not only do they have support within their own company, they are always building their community within the city to make sure you have the most well rounded treatment. I have had outstanding experiences in particular with the physiotherapist Trish and the front receptionist Leah from the Trico location. I can’t say enough, I’ve always trusted panther sports medicine and always recommend them when I can!

Panther Sports Medicine is amazing!!! John Ward is fantastic. He is a great listener every time we’re there, as he asks lots of questions to get to the root of the problem. He always takes the time to make sure you are following through with his advice and pushes forward to ensure there is progress in the injury. Fantastic bedside manner!!!! We wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I have been to a few physiotherapy clinics in my life, but Panther at the Trico Centre is the absolute best!  The front desk staff are always friendly, kind and helpful.  The treatment area is a bright and open space.  Steve, the physiotherapist that I see, is extremely knowledgeable, kind and patient.  He listens and re-evaluates at the beginning of every session and never makes you feel rushed.  I didn't think I'd ever be without neck and hip pain, but with every session of stretches, dry needling, traction, TENS, and a targeted at home exercise program, I've seen great results!  For the first time, I'm hopeful that it is possible be pain free!  If you are in need of physiotherapy, this is the place to go!!

Amazing! My family has been going to Trico Panther as needed for a number of years. Most recently, I have been going. I went in after a severe crushing break to my wrist. John has been using all the tips, tricks and tools to get my wrist moving again. It’s been a fabulous experience.

After fracturing L1,L2 & L3 I was left with considerable pain all the time. I was told by past medical professionals that I had to lose weight in order to possibly get any relief and to just accept this pain as my new normal.After two weeks with John as my main provider I can say I am pain free!! For the first time in almost 2 years I have hope! From the educational information John provided, physio and exercise plan he created he also handled my anxiety with compassion. I can not speak enough on how John has changed the course of my life in such a short time! I am and forever will be thankful for him!
