Our ceremony was perfect from start to finish. I was in contact long before our ceremony and all my questions were answered very quickly. The officiant was very friendly and provided the perfect ceremony for us. We tailored the ceremony to include our own vows which allowed us to make it very personal. The space was beautiful and decorated nicely although I will support earlier reviews that it could be better lit for photo purposes. Overall I would highly recommend for those looking for a small ceremony space.

Back in April 2020 I booked a ceremony for a family member who doesn't speak English and paid $350 to book it. We booked a date and than it was canceled by Covid (the wedding chamber canceled the ceremony saying that it can be rescheduled ). The couple decided not to postpone a wedding and found another place and got married shortly after the original ceremony was cancelled.I called in asking can asking if I can use the $350 I paid, towards another wedding ceremony (since it was unused). But was told that NO

If I could give the wedding chambers at Toronto City Hall a zero or negative star review, I would. It took us a total of 3 ceremonies" to officially get married. The first was our mistake since we didn't realize our license was expired by a couple of days. That said

This place is perfect for an intimate wedding. The room feels modern and well decorated, the sound quality for the music was good, and the officiant for our ceremony was the perfect balance of light-hearted and respectful. We had 20 guests (plus photographer) and it didn't feel crowded -- the room felt full and warm. Our guests afterwards expressed that they really enjoyed how personal the ceremony felt. My husband and I returned a couple days after the wedding to follow-up on some license paperwork we were too flustered to work out on the day of. Kelsey was kind enough to sit with us and went through everything to ensure we had all of the correct information and understood how things were processed. Highly recommend getting married here! We have our extended family abroad so had zoom during the ceremony. The officiant was very nice and understanding of it and even speak to them ( very sweet) she made the ceremony graceful and significant ❤️ we loved it..

I would give them 0 stars if I could. I got linked to their website through the City of Toronto's civil ceremony page. I saw that they also had officiants that travel to your location and their website said to contact them for more information. So I did and I received the most unprofessional reply ever. There was no opening nor writer name, all they replied with was depends on location". That's it. Nothing else in the email reply. They did they NOT even read my original message where I clearly stated the areas I'm asking about. There are so many ways you could reply professionally like offer a range of prices or request more information from the sender. I can't believe this place is associated with or part of the City of Toronto."

I booked a wedding in July 2021 but I cancelled my reservation because of covid. The booking fee I paid became a deposit. When I booked my wedding again this year, they said it was more than 6 months and I need to pay another $300 CAD again. I asked them if I could pay only half of it like 150. they said no, I need to pay the full amount again.

Got married August 2021. Absolutely loved my small intimate wedding with just 2 witnesses. They made it incredibly special despite cocid protocols.

They have a lot of information available on their website that answered most of questions even before we booked them. The officiant was friendly yet respectful and everything went very smoothly. The Chambers themselves were very clean, but could be lit better. It is an excellent option for those who want to get married in under $500, including the license and don't care for religious ceremonies. They are located very conveniently in the middle of downtown and are easily accessible.

Great location for micro weddings with a smaller budget. There are plentiful of photo locations in the surrounding area which makes this an ideal budget wedding alternative. Have your wedding here, a photo session right outside and spend the rest of your budget at a nice restaurant in the downtown area.
