I will just start off by saying what a pleasure it is to do business with the owner, Jason. He's a really awesome guy and has helped me with my bike on more than one occasion. He gets parts fast, and installs them without flaw. 5 stars!

Hammer City Cycle is a great boutique shop!!From the first point of contact to the final sale, Jason was fantastic to deal with. I bought a Cannondale Fat Caad 1 from Hammer City Cycle and I will definitely be taking advantage of his 3 year basic service package. When it's time to pursue my full suspension bike Jason will be the first person I go and see.Cheers

Very friendly guy running the store. I needed a new crank bolt for my bike and he quickly answered my questions and supplied me with the correct bolt. I also needed some advice on replacing my wheels. He didn't try to sell me a whole bunch of stuff but just gave a very honest appraisal and let me decide.

Nice store. Feels a bit like a cave. Unfortunate that this is the closest shop to me because the prices are far too high compared to my favourite bike shop. Sundry items like glue and tires are often two to three times what I am now used to paying. Not saying Jason's prices are out of line with most shops in Hamilton, I wouldn't know. I do know they are a lot higher than where I shop now. NOT THE NET.

I have been enjoying dealing with Jason at Hammer City Cycle for a number of years now.The great service and relaxed attitude are key contributors to my decision to make the drive out there (from Milton) for all my bike related purchases.I find Jason's prices competitive, and the service to be excellent.If you are looking for a service shop, or to purchase a new bike, I highly recommend stopping in to visit Hammer City Cycle.

This is a small shop with a big selection. Jason, the owner, is an extremely capable mechanic, and all around great guy. If you want fair prices, great bikes and outstanding service, this is the best bike shop in Hamilton.

I brought in my low-end bike for a full tune up because neither of the wheels were straight among a large host of other problems. Now my bike is better than when I first bought it and I was impressed with the service I received. The price was most certainly worth it for a smooth ride.
