Very nice, knowledgable and supportive staff. You will find probably 95% of what you need for your pool, unless it is extremely special design with unique needs. You will also find a great products here to add comfort to your backyard and pool area.

Won't go there again. 2 employees analyzing water whereas no one for parts & service. I ask 1 of the 2 employees analyzing water if there was someone working in parts and he got all defensive. Great service pfttt!!! I walked out

Beware the salesperson, their pool products, Jacuzzi, bear all the same black and white label....I was misinformed and given the wrong product!

Good service, reasonable pricing, knowledgeable staff.

We went to see for some exterior conversation sets. We found them ordinary and quit pricy. All the time we were there (40mins) nobody even said hello or even acknowledge us. I found that quite mundane and left me uninterested as they seemed towards their business. One lady at our exit said bye which almost startled us, ha!

Super helpful staff and viable prices. If you buy a zodiac product go to their site as you may be eligible for a gift card in the mail (I got a 50$ prepaid Visa)

To be avoided. Lyne Roussel is great at selling, nothing else. The only thing this store cares about is the sale. No service whatsoever from the moment they get your money.Disappointments include, but not limited to:- No response from seller from the moment we paid.- No indication that there would be no delivery and that we would have to pick up 300 pounds of sand, a 200 pounds heat pump and the rest of our order ourselves.- A broken promise about getting the oversized heat pump delivered to our house which is close by (no response or contact after a week).- No scheduling of the service to be done. We had to harass the store and finally, they had an opening the next day.- The on-site visit was less than stellar. No indication that the heat pump wouldn't be plugged in with the existing power cable. 150$ covers only the fitting of 2 hoses. The vinyl replacement was fine, but they left all the old trash lying around. They couldn't replace our filter's sand since the store didn't give the correct amount.- Had to go to the store to buy more sand and reschedule another visit.- Escalated to the clerk with another broken promise of someone to come around same day. Of course, no one came.- No call back from the store about our re-re-reschedule despite many voicemails.Avoid this place, once they have your money they are a pain in donkey.

Big place and friendly staff. Will definitely go again for supplies etc.

Terrible service..... I went to Club Picine for pool repair gave them all the money in advance 2 weeks still waiting for work to be completed. No call backs... no info
