Amazing customer service!!!I bought my dress here last December, and the process was smooth, warm and friendly. But what I actually want to mention is my experience AFTER taking my dress home less than a month before my wedding. Although I did try my dress on at the store when it arrived, I didn’t notice until later at home that the dress had notable damage on the tulle top layer, as well as some other concerns. These were issues with the dress manufacturer, not with Camellia, but when I brought my dress in with my concerns, Camisha assured me not to worry and that she would figure out the best solution - and she did. She managed to connect with the manufacturer, got me a new dress in record time, and set me up with a seamstress who promised a quick turnaround for final adjustments that I required.I put my faith and trust in Camisha and she beyond delivered.

Camellia has the most unique & beautiful wedding gowns! It's been over 7 years since our wedding photos & everyone we know is still admiring the beauty of this dress!!! Just look at the details in the lace of the train & the luxurious quality of every fabric of this dress!! I still remember the excellent customer service, the clean & bright changing room, the dress was perfectly customized and so comfortable to wear. This dress must have been the prettiest dress I've ever worn in my life!! Thank you so much Camellia gowns!!! Sara and Elisa are just fantastic people from the initial phone consultation to the very end of the in person appointment. They are accommodating, friendly, patient, knowledgeable and just all around lovely people. I went with my best friend (who is married) and at the end of the appointment, she said she has never seen or experienced this level of service before.All the dresses I tried on were high quality and beautiful. Beautiful boutique with super amazing /friendly/professional service. Reasonable price and unique style. Compared with others, the service here is super warmly welcome, patient (I went there 3 times), not push to get the dress right away, etc., especially when I’m not sure which style to choose, Zoe provided very helpful advice & recommendation as she figured out what style may fit me during our conversation, which is very impressive. Found my perfect wedding dress here!Was greeted by one of the staff when I walked in, and was shown multiple styles. After the fourth or fifth dress I tried on, I fell in love with a dress!Ordered the dress the same day, and it came a couple months after! The staff recommended me to go to an alterations place, which helped me fit into the dress perfectly!Would recommend Camellia Wedding Gown to brides who are looking for an elegant, beautiful dress for their special day!

I had a good experience at Camellia's with Kiki as our consultant. She's very patient with us and not pushy at all.The shop itself carries a wide variety of show stopping dresses starting at $1.2k and even couture dress that are $8k plus! I was ultimately looking for long sleeves options and even though I didn't find what I was looking for I would still recommend giving this place a try! Especially if you love the glitz and glam!

I rarely post reviews but my experience here exceeded my expectations. The dresses were so beautiful and Kiki was super helpful and sweet, I highly recommend this store.
