I had 3 reps from the company come in to work on 7 water valve repairs and 2 shower cartridge replacements. Michael K., Mike G. and Simon were all courteous and timely with their work. They double checked everything for leaks and ensured all water valves worked properly. I will definitely use them again for any other plumbing work I may need. I highly recommend this team.

Had a toilet that was plugged and no matter what we tried could not get it to function. We called and had great service from the initial call to the completion of the process. He came and explained what might be the cause and got it working again. He kindly also checked the other toilets and provided tips for overall toilet maintenance process. Thank you!

If there is a 7 star, we want to give their service a 7 star! Mike G and Simon are absolutely professional and efficient. Before we called John the Plumber, three plumbers already came to my friend's house for the kithen sink drain clog issue, those plumbers did open some walls, did try drainage snake but no one could identify where the clog was. Then we called John the Plumber, Mike G and Simon did a thorough investigation with no damage to our walls or cabinets. They eventually located the clog, solve the severe clog issue, add a clean out for future maintaince and repair. The 3-day nightmare eventually ends! We appreciate Mike G and Simon's professional work with fair price. We will recommend to your family and friends definitely!
