I have ordered this grass fed and grass finished beef, pork & lamb off and on for years. The owner is super kind and a joy to support. His animals are humanely raised. They have such a beautiful, large farm to graze upon. The meat is always fresh and tastes incredible. I suggest people buy from him rather than the grocery store. His meat is CLEAN. No chemicals. It is me Alicia Rainer!

Date of interaction: A few times but not in a whileDid business transact? NoDid they make my life easier or harder? Harder at first, not anymoreIt took a while but the owner (I think he's the owner) did listen to my concerns and slightly changed his parking location so that his customers aren't a hazard to the rest of traffic on our street. 5 stars now for being able to adapt, a lot of business owners would rather go on the offensive instead of adapt.

We have been getting lamb, beef and pork from Big Bear for about 10 years now. The meat is always flavourful and tastes like it should. Rainer even brings it to the lower mainland and we arrange a pick up spot that works for us. Highly recommended

Big Bear Ranch
This ranch is doing something extremely rare- they are raising cattle exactly the way they should be raised. Ethically, regeneratively and responsibly. I have yet to find a ranch that is raising meat as naturally as big bear ranch is (and I’ve been looking!). They are beyond organic- they are regenerating the health of our our entire ecosystem. Worth every penny, I’d say. Thank you for doing the right thing.
