I had a bad experience with an employee at this location and reported it here. What followed was the best customer service I've ever experienced. The Paint Shop listened to and acknowledged the complaint and went above and beyond to remedy it. I'm beyond satisfied and am now more than happy to shop for my paints at this store again moving forward.

Buyers Be Aware! This is the worst paint shop in the city when it comes to customer service after the purchase. We bought 6 gallons of their Regal paint brand plus all the necessary equipments for painting the bedrooms. 5 paint gallons were good only one had issue since the employee did not mix the last one properly. When we took it to the store we were refused to exchange or refund by the manager on duty in a very unprofessional manner. Moreover the she did not offer any incentive to replace the badly mixed paint gallon nor any discount towards the purchase of the 7th paint gallon. We are very disappointed and will not shop there again.
