Fella & Fetch Canine Care

An absolutely fantastic experience. I don’t have anything but positive feedback. The report card was an excellent touch. I have never taken my dog to a daycare before (just boarding) and I’ll be continuing this on a regular basis in addition to boarding. Just a great facility I’m very happy to have found Fella & Fetch!

We started by signing our dog Roux up here for puppy play class so that he could be well socialized and meet other dogs. He loved it from day one and it has been the greatest way to socialize him from a young age. He loves to play with other dogs and this allowed him to do it in a safe, controlled environment.Eventually, we took advantage of their other services, including daycare, grooming, and training classes. It has been so great to be able to take Roux back to the same place because we know the staff is amazing and Roux gets so excited as soon as he realizes where we are.Roux had his daycare assessment and got a full report card with pictures and comments which helped put my mind at ease. This is awesome and helped me feel more comfortable about leaving him at daycare. He is only 6.5 lbs so I was nervous about him being around big dogs, but I was assured by Fella and Fetch that he would be placed based on play style and size of dogs which helped me understand the process for the different play groups and trust that Fella and Fetch knew the best for the dogs of course! Roux was even reunited with his friend from puppy play class, Blueberry, and it made me happy to know he got to see his friends still! He loves daycare and is so tired after each time he goes.We have also really enjoyed training and it has been great to learn in an environment with distractions. It has given Roux and me both confidence while we are learning together. Kim is always able to answer questions and is super knowledgeable. She is an excellent trainer and very friendly as well.We were also happy with the grooms we got and like I mentioned, it has helped that Roux is already comfortable here so made getting his haircuts that much easier.Thank you Fella and Fetch for providing a home away from home and always being so friendly and welcoming. The staff always know us by name and are so friendly when we come. This is excellent customer service while providing top-notch services and products at their store. We appreciate your business and dedication to having a safe, loving environment for our furbaby and treating him like your own!

Miranda and her team are rude and condescending. Not good with young energetic dogs. After 8 months at the daycare never reporting any problems suddenly one day out of the blue said my dog doesn’t listen or answer to his name so take him out of here. May be my dog had one bad day. Without offering any solutions all they wanted him out of there. Extremely unprofessional. He is been great with no complaints in other daycare ever since. It has been 2 years now. If you have an old dog with low energy maybe this place is good. Not suitable for young energetic dogs since you will never know when you will get kicked out of there.

I've never been comfortable leaving my dogs for boarding or daycare. I can tell you without a doubt, I feel completely guilt free leaving them at Fella and Fetch. The staff are so very friendly and welcome the dogs by name, you can tell this isn't just a job to them and they love animals. I'm a lifer at F&F. Millie & Gracie are in good hands.

Fella and Fetch is simply amazing! From the moment you walk in the door, you and your dog truly feel welcome with their incredible staff and their state of the art facility. As a shy dog, Raider is over the moon excited to go to daycare and is absolutely exhausted when he comes home. This place truly cares about your pup. I can't recommend Fella & Fetch enough!

Fella is by far the best dog boarding/day care/training place in Regina and surrounding area. It truly is Frankie's home away from home. The staff are amazing, very helpful and treat your dog(s) as if they are their own. When Frankie was little, I brought her in for a half day of day care and my experience was exceptional. Got a full report card about her day and lots of photos so I could see what and how she was doing throughout the day.I recommend Fella to any and everyone that has a dog. Five stars forever from me!

We recently adopted a playful, energetic rescue pup and have been looking for quality pet care options to help him use his energy in positive ways. We were drawn to Fella & Fetch thanks to their many positive reviews and the 24-hr care they provide.Ducky went in for a daycare assessment and we were blown away by the energy and enthusiasm from all of the aunties who interacted with him throughout the day. The report card and photos were such a nice touch, and we walked away feeling like Ducky was truly loved at Fella & Fetch. We’ll feel comfortable leaving our boy in the care of all of the lovely aunties when we travel to Regina for sports and activities.Thank you, Aunties!

The ratings of this place are bizarre, don't be deceived by them. I know several people, including myself, who had terrible experiences with this place.Sent my pup there for a few months and two things were issues: First, my dog always came back covered in dirt since their outdoor play area is dirt/mud (So I had to spend 15 min every night cleaning off the dirty paws and fur). Second, the staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional. There wasn't the excitement and care when they handled my dog, and they were just glad to be rid of him (particularly odd especially since he was well trained).*Extremely important to note**I had spent a few hundred on daycare days. After a rude interaction, I was over this place and decided not to bring my dog back. I asked for refund, and they outright refused to refund any of my money. Unethical business practices in my opinion.I have since found a dog day care that I have been taking my pup to for over a year. They never had any complaints, they adore him, and he has the best time with his other pup pals. So glad I left this place.

Our doge Harley just got his report card here and spent the day. He was super happy to be taken in and all played out afterwards which is great because he was resting in the ride home and later on when he got home. They don’t get have your dog sit around all day in a kennel he’s out and about playing and sometimes with other dogs he gets along with. Very good place, the names are creative and designed well. Place is clean and modern.
