Love love love this place! Patricia is very nice and professional. She also speaks English so it's easier to communicate to what I want. I have high anxiety about people touching my hair seeing I have had some nightmare experiences but Patricia is amazing and I finally found someone that I trust to do my hair ! My mother also goes to her and I recommend her very highly!

It's a nice place, and staff are friendly. Do not recommend for kids last time they were arguing who was going to cut the hair of my son in front of me.

First time at this salon. What a lovely experience. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. My hairdresser was attentive to my wants and needs. It’s hard to get a haircut that you love when You have curly hair, but my curls are bouncy and playful. I love it and will definitely be returning.

Absolutely love my balayage and hair cut by Melissa Ann!! Shes amazing ans so talented. Very patient and friendly! All the employees are super nice and they do a great job. Totally recommend this Salon.

Awful experienced when one of the staff said to me that she don’t have much time to do my hair and other client is waiting. I went there to look good and feel good in the end I feel sad. I’m not happy with her service. There not accommodating and not friendly.

I went in with a picture of what I wanted and they said they could do it. I have light brown hair and had asked for a fairly dramatic change with a combination of blonde and red highlights throughout. First they bleached my hair but forgot to condition after and when a woman tried brushing my hair a great deal fell out and even more broke. They then put in the colour and let it set. So far everything had taken about 3.5 hours and I had to rush out to get my son from school so I left without them blow drying. Later that day when I dried my hair I barely noticed any difference from my natural colour, nor did anyone else in my family. I figured maybe after a few washes it would lighten but nope! It looks brown and dull with a considerable amount of breakage. $175 for nothing but broken hair. Next time I'll be going back to my regular salon in Montreal. They atleast know what they're doing. Not a happy customer here.
