Dr. Findlay and his staff do an outstanding job taking care of me. There extremely patient,kind,and caring. I know this because every time I go there they take there time and do the job right the first time.They go the extra mile by always having my best interest in mind. When i'm getting freezing done they make sure to take there time so it dose not hurt, they always take time to ask how my day is going and genuinely care about how it. Every time I leave I get a brand new toothbrush with a hand full of flosses.Its a warm, Friendly environment. I recently brought our Ukrainian immigrant family to your clinic - a 16 and 10 year oldThe 16 year old required a cavity filled- he said it was the least painful experience he has ever hadDr. Findlay was so good with both of them and so understanding of their situation. I highly recommend this clinic!!

My family and I have all been patients at this office for over 20 years. Dr. Findlay has always been amazing, I recently had two implants done by Dr. Ginnon and am thoroughly pleased with his skill and my results! Dr. Ginnon is a much welcomed addition to this practice. The staff at the office are just as amazing, Dr. Ginnon's assistant Cheryl in particular is just lovely.Would highly recommend this Dental Practice.

I've been going to this dentist office for several years now and it's by far the best dental office I've ever been to!I've had several dental assistants/hygienists work on my teeth from this location and they're all exceptional.However, the most notable standout would be Dr.Findlay. With every visit, I notice he goes above and beyond his regular dental requirements. He doesn't just treat you like a dental patient, he treats you like family; Dr.Findlay inquires about my life, asks how I'm doing and never fails to make me laugh. If I could give 10 stars I would.Not to mention, the ladies at the front desk are very friendly which compliments the visit.For those looking for a new dental office Cascade Dental is definitely the way to go!

Very unhappy after today's conversation with the front desk team at cascade dental.I was informed today that I had no shows for multiple appointments, if any I had one, I had tried to reschedule an appointment and never got a call back about that, but after 30+ years of going to the same dentist, I got told they did not want to rebook with me.I'm heartbroken to be honest, the one dentist I trusted, and cared about, who always made me laugh, told me he didn't want to see me anymore.I've always been very loyal to people who go above and beyond to keep my business, but today after 30+ years I'm saying goodbye to what I would have not just called a family dentist but a friend.Today I am on the search for a new dentist, it is doubtful I'll find a friend again.Edit: yes they did offer to schedule me again, really though 30+ years and to get that note placed on my file, kind crushed me.

I've been going here for about two decades, so this is a long overdue review. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. Diana at the front is great to deal with, and she can always find you an appointment time that works for you.I usually see doctor Ginnan since he's available when I'm off work. He does great in remembering personal details and making sure everything is healthy with your teeth. I rarely see Dr Findlay since I'm usually working when he's available, but I've seen him many times when I was younger and once recently and he's also very pleasant and easy to deal with.All the dental assistants are equally friendly and helpful and I can honestly say that I've never once had a bad experience with cascade dental in the roughly 23 years I've been a patient. Very knowledgeable staff who treat you like family.10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a dental clinic.

Amazing service and if anyone read my last review i was in pain and taking it out where i shouldn't have, i love this dentist office and they always do everything they can and make me feel comfortable and give me the best options possible. I would never go to another dentist.

Dental assistants have been great as well as dentist. Although, I was given false estimates and they claimed I was covered for a higher percentage when I wasn't. When I go to pay the bill it’s always an unpleasant surprise. They did a cavity and I couldn’t floss it, they tried to fix it but it still wasn’t fixed, when I went in to try to have them fix it they charged me! They also told me fixing a chipped tooth would be 90% covered when it was only 60%. Had I known I wouldn’t have had it done because it wasn’t bothering me.

I and my family have been going here for years. Caring professional, wonderful staff every single last one of them!
