Ali was great. Very responsive from the very beginning. He didn't try to oversell us and gave us very fair prices on the work completed. The work completed (A/C and Tune up) was done very well and faster than expected. I am calling him for a brake replacement next month.

Jack was great to work with. I called him in the morning and he came out the same day for a diagnostic check. Immediately, he identified the problem as a failed power steering pump and serpentine belt coming loose. He accurately explained what happened and answered all my questions. Also, he was able to check that no other problems had occurred. He had my truck fixed and ready by lunch while I was at work. Save yourself a tow and have Jack come to you!

My alternator completely stopped working and I was stressing out about how I was going to get the car to a mechanic (since the battery had died). I contacted instamek and they had Jack come by and replace my alternator. Incredibly convenient and friendly service. Jack made sure to show me exactly what was going on and was very transparent regarding price. Would highly recommend.

Dan is very efficient, I sent him to my parents house to help fix mom's car. He arrived on time, answered their questions, and was very courteous. My parents were very pleased with his work. They even recommended him to our next door neighbour who had been having issues with his car.

I sent a request to have an ignition switch replaced, they came for a free quote. Fortunately, they were able to do the work. We will keep them in mind should we ever need any mobile repairs in the future. Really appreciate the quick and polite response!

My experience with InstaMek has been absolutely stellar. Jack helped me with a pre purchase inspection for a Nissan Frontier and helped me make a purchase decision. Before that Ali helped me turn down an offer on a real clunker. Overall this service has been amazing and I highly recommend working with them.

Jack is an absolute pro. Extremely knowledgeable and experienced. If you're not a car person, and know nothing about cars - this is the mechanic for you. I was in the parking lot when I heard like a slap noise in the engine, it felt like the engine didn't engage power, thanks to Ali who came along to save my butt. I’m impressed by his good pricing and efficiency, definitely will call him again if I get in any more trouble.
