Cashier was not very friendly. I was told to go to another cashier so she could leave her post. Poor customer service.

This location was clean and organized but one of the staff was unprofessional a lady Anna. I asked her about a certain wine, and she told me that it is not available and that I don’t know my wines from my champagnes. I then proceeded to show her on the app that there are bottles available in the store and she still refused to acknowledge that they have it in stock. She even stated they must be returns we do not sell this bottle it is only available during holiday season. Which I do not understand because I had purchased this item a day before at a different location . Just wish people were kinder.

Fantastic store with a lot of options. No visit to the store is complete without a discussion with Michael. He is an amazing associate with a lot of passion and deep expertise. Enjoying Michael's recommended Malbec as we write this review. Thanks Michael!
