After driving a half hr one way to get there and leaving my info and what I needed I then drove half hr back home never to receive a call again. Better to go to Staples. More reliable. And they want your business

I've been using their pubtv service for a few years now. In the last 6 months or so I've been paying monthly. It has been a nightmare getting a hold of the owner, he won't respond and never answers his phone or texts to renew my month. He's given me his wife's # to contact if he doesn't respond still nothing. Super unprofessional I'm sick of it! I've even paid my monthly fee and my service has not been activated. I don't recommend this place or their IPTV IPTV. It's a Mickey mouse operation. Pathetic

Disappointing to say the least...took a laptop to be repaired...and it has disappeared.. and the owner has chosen to ignore me...not happy !And in his reply below another lie...Hogan I purchased the laptop through you in Dec 2020...if that's old...lol...and it has been in his store since Oct 2022 to be repaired to no avail...beware people...I regret having to post this but I have tried to retrieve my laptop at least 5 times with a different excuse each time...I am not happy !And his reply is nothing but pure BS..and lies...

This man is extremely unprofessional, does not know how to separate his private life from his business. He has made promises to help call Rogers with me to sort out my contract because he knew all the key words to say to themHe got me hooked up with Tek savvy which i could have done myself and charged me $112.99 under his daughter's name and not his business name. What are you hiding there Hogan? This man is full of lies lies and excuses. Got my money for services not rendered.which was suppose to be helping getting out of Rogers! Now I paid tech savvy over $250 for new services and 2 accounts and still stuck with 2 Rogers accounts. Grand total of 4 accounts because he did not deliver on the rest of his promises. I was foolish and paid him much too quickly.I have been completely scammed by this man. Shocking coming from a local business owner of a small town. I could have given him so much business, including purchasing a laptop.

We ordered some items from wish that were shipped to the store, when it arrived we drove to store several times but the store was closed every time. When we finally talked to someone on the phone he was rude and hung up on us with out resolving the issue, needles to say we never got our items.

I would like to retract my positive review of this business. In the end, I was disappointed with the service and cost of repairs. Instead of 2 days and $75 repair as promised, it turned out to be 2 weeks and $354. I was not informed of the additional costs and did not authorize them. Then I had to pay in advance before my computer was released. I will never patronize this business in the future.

I picked up my Wish order here and Hogan was great! Found my package quickly and we had a little laugh. Will definitely have all my Wish orders sent here from now on. Thanks Hogan!

I went into Wasaga Beach Geeks to pick up my wish order. I was greeted by a super nice guy!!! He was pleasant and welcoming. He helped me with all of my questions, located my package in no time and after a quick chuckle I was on my way. This is definitely how I will be getting my items from now on. Thank you for a great experience :)
