Had my second donation here today, and I swear every time I come all the employees are like absolute angels!!! They constantly make sure your feeling alright, they ask you how are days been, they ask you about your social life.. all the employees love to chat!I had the sweetest lady in the entire world look after me today! I didn’t catch what her name was but I loved our little chat, she made me feel secure and welcome to be in there workplace!!!!!Anyways sorry about my little comment but I hope everyone who sees this has a wonderful day and know that I love and care for you EVEN THOUGH I DON’T ACTUALLY KNOW YOU!!!luv mel:)

Had a great experience here this morning. Everyone I came in contact with today were amazing, caring and polite. Em was the one who actually took my donation today and they were absolutely amazing! They checked on me often to make sure I was doing ok and comfortable and we talked about common interests which helped the already quick donation go by even quicker! I have already booked my next donation at this location!

Having been to a bunch of satellite clinics around Simcoe County, this is by far my favourite location. It's really well setup with everything the nurses need to make your experience quick, relaxing and painless. Naturally, that makes the overall mood better here. If you use their app to do the pre-screening questionnaire and read the pamphlet on your phone while you have your morning coffee/tea, you can be in and out in just about 30-40 minutes. Go give them a try!

Friendly and welcoming place. Tried donating blood many times in Toronto, but moving clinics are so hard to schedule with and sometimes they would cancel the appointments. This place makes it easy.
