Project 708 | Architecture and 3D Design

We were referred to Matt and Project708 and we are so happy we went with him! Matt took the time to patiently listen to all of our needs and requirements, going above and beyond in getting the design of our dream home done, including giving us ideas and thoughts we didn't even realize at the time. He is dedicated in his work and careful in the details. Best of all, his prices are extremely reasonable especially given the amount of time he spent on our project. Can't recommend him enough. 5/5 stars

Dr. Pirnia and I were very pleased by the professionalism, dedication and creativity that Matthew Fung utilized in his architectural design in our clinic. He was always patient, open to communication and reviewed and adapted the office design many times based on the need of the clinic. He was able to maximize the space to build an office that had large treatment rooms., spacious reception area and wide hallway to meet the needs of our patients. Every patient and other visitors who have come to our clinic only have great reviews about how spacious and bright our wellness clinic is. So a huge thank you to Matthew and his team in providing excellent service to us. We are very happy with the end result. We would highly recommend Project 708 for all your architectural needs.

I hired Matthew to be the architect for permit plans on a project that I was working on back in 2018. An agreement was put in place, along with milestones and payment schedule. Things seemed to start off okay but it was downhill from there.The first warning was uncovering that Matthew is NOT an architect although he indirectly claimed to be one. Look how often architecture" or "architectural designs" appears on his website. Anyone could easily fall for that

I have hired Mathew to work on a number of projects over the past 7 years - ranging from commercial renovations to 3D design concepts for new commercial buildings and condominiums. Mathew always delivers creative design solutions on a timely basis and provides the ongoing support as projects are rolled out. Matthew designed and drafted the plans to renovate my backyard. This included a new deck, fencing and covered pavilion. The project was complex due to space limitations, setbacks, property lines and existing structures. Matthew oversaw obtaining approvals from the city building department and kept me up-to-date as he navigated the process. His design was perfect and his communication skills are excellent. He listened to my concerns and incorporated my suggestions into the final design. I will definitely hire Matthew for future projects. I look forward to working with him again!

Our experience working with Matthew Fung was amazing and we highly recommend his services to anyone looking for high quality output and value for money. In the Spring of 2020, we worked with Matthew to design our two level deck overlooking Maple Nature Reserve for a home that we just purchased the year prior. Matthew listened to what we wanted, offered his expertise, applied his skillset to design a beautiful high-quality product, and was very accommodating throughout the process even when it meant last minute changes. We worked with Matt to design and draft plans for our whole home renovation in 2017. This was a complex project since there were many components in coordinating the renovation with our attached neighbours. Matt provided us with direction on obtaining permits and approvals with the City; which Matt handled himself so that we didn't have to. He provided guidance on certain limitations, and connected us with the appropriate professionals to further finalize plans. He was there through every step of the process from design to conception, and made sure all our questions were answered and that we felt confident in the decisions we were making. During construction, Matt would check in with our GC to ensure that things were going well.Matt is an extremely patient person, who is quick to respond to any questions or concerns (even at 2am!). The project was completed in a timely manner in mid-2018, and we have been enjoying this space since then. Thank you Matt for your dedication on our project which we can happily call our new home!
