Greater Vancouver Zoo Parking - Lot #1350

If you want reviews on the actual Greater Vancouver Zoo, search that up, instead of the parking lot posts and reviews here.This area for review is just for the parking lot of the Greater Vancouver Zoo? Random?...anyhow...this parking lot is spacious and tons of parking is available. Although everybody seemed to park inbetween TWO parking stalls, makes me think the stall lots to park in are TOO small! ...so just park over the lines and take up two stalls I suppose ? LoL

We got our family memberships there have been for a few years now we enjoy it alot

Large and plenty of spaces - went on a hot and sunny summers day, zoo was absolutely packed but parking lot was 3/4 full at best. Fixed fee of 8 dollars for the day, however free if you coughed up for an annual pass.

Each visit is a new experience, I love the new dinosaur exhibit although I hope they do add some more to it.

There's not an abundant of animals as you would expected...

I am very saddened by the sate of the park. It is not what it once was when we were children. The animals are unhappy, and it shows. It is just a sad place. I do not agree with animals in captivity. I came only with my family so that they could experience it once. We will never, ever be going back again!

We get the annual pass and frequently come here for family walks. We love it and the pass is very reasonably priced. I just wish this place was supported and funded better so they could upgrade the cafeteria facilities and support the handlers. Zoo's are an important part of conservation and education. My kid love it here.

I love this zoo. They care for the animals so well. Education sessions are wonderful for teaching everyone about the animals both in the wild and about why these animals are part of the zoo.

No options for oversize parking. Paid for my truck but got fined for my truck and trailer

I had an emergency on the way to work. I was so tired the evening prior when arriving home from work and forgot to plug my Ebike in before falling asleep. I was blinking no more juice and decided to take a chance that the zoo staff would help. There was a handsome young gentleman that was attending the gate where you enter the zoo. Upon explaining my predicament he quickly produced an extension chord allowing me the 15 min I needed in order to just make it to my place of employment where I simply couldn't be late under no conditions. That young man saved my job that day and if he's any example of the rest of the parks staff I'd give five stars for the exceptional service and friendly family oriented atmosphere.... thanks buddy....
