I was referred to Karen Armstrong by a friend after my insurance provider of 20 years provided me with what I can say was the worst experience ever - Karen went out of her way to help and I only wish I could give better than 5 stars because she truly deserves it! I switched my property and car insurance and am leaving a review on my previous provider's site and will encourage those who have suffered the same fate as me to contact Karen - she truly represents what is right within the Insurance Industry!

Goodison did a great job for me when my car was “T-Boned” by a driver who ran a stop sign and hit my car at about 35 km per hour! They followed up with my insurance company twice, to make sure my claim was handled efficiently and fairly. Since my car was a “write-off”, Goodison made sure I received a fair settlement quickly, so I could buy a new car. They made a traumatic experience much better. My experience with Goodison was far better than what happened years ago to my wife, when a bank owned insurance company handled her claim very poorly
