Communicating and coordinating wedding logistics was easy, which allowed my wife and I to really be in the moment during the ceremony. We had such an amazing experience with Carriage Lane Elopements! We knew we wanted a small wedding, and when I came across them online I knew they were perfect right away. Lisa took care of every detail making it a stress free experience, and Craig was so friendly and easy going with the ceremony process. Highly recommend!!

When my husband and I began looking into planning a wedding we were met with so many challenges and stressors. By chance, or fate, a google search had led us to carriage lane elopements. By the end of our first time meeting Craig and Lisa, our outlook on wedding planning changed from stress to excitement. How passionate they are and how much love they put into wedding doesn’t go unnoticed. They were amazing to work with, and we loved how much they planned and coordinated all of the amazing vendors, all the little extra special details. The day of went so smoothly, the transitions throughout the night were seamless and it allowed us to enjoy our wedding day that much more. We opted for 12 guest plus us, and it was the perfect number for us. A micro wedding is the way to go! Our day was nothing shy of perfect and we were so glad to include Craig and Lisa.

Lisa and Craig are the most lovely, kind, wonderful people. They are the type of people you trust with such a monumental day. From the ceremony, down to the small details, everything was beautifully thought out and executed perfectly. As a bride I remained stress free during the whole process, Lisa took all my wishes into consideration and planned the most intimate and special day. We had our wedding on a hot and magical day on July 22nd at Lake on the Mountain surrounded by friends and family; and the day was truly perfect. It couldn’t have been this perfect without the devoted support of Lisa and Craig from Carriage Lane Elopements.Working with them was easeful, efficient, joyous and communicative; and they listened so intently to our vision. My husband and I dated again during the pandemic after 16 years apart, and the details of our story found its way in the decor, the flowers and the small touches. Lisa did so much to make sure the focus for us was the ceremony and celebration, rather than the organizing and coordinating — she had it all handled impeccably. Craig was so present throughout our day, making sure the day ran smoothly and bringing his attention to what mattered in the ceremony. He is a fantastic officiant, kind, open and present.Both Lisa and Craig were both absolutely incredible & made our day truly the most memorable. I also really love their philosophy - to be mindful of the environmental impact that weddings have; to recycle; to create naturally-sourced homemade decor and added touches in the pavilion without breaking the bank. There is so much more to say! The seamless unfolding of the ceremony, the charcuterie and cheese, the donuts, the sumac flowers, the personal touches; dancing under the trees and how every guest felt cared for and free to celebrate amidst the beautiful landscape. It was a dream. I highly recommend working alongside both Craig and Lisa on your special day!

When my husband and I were discussing marriage, I knew I wanted something intimate since I am a people pleaser and would be more focused on others than myself on my wedding day. Brandon wanted to just go to the courthouse, but he compromised with me when I found Carriage Lane Elopements. It was perfect. Stress-free, laid back and peaceful. We brought our witnesses and the four of us had a perfect day. Lisa and Craig were born to do this. Their love for what they do is obvious and their energy and joy brought so much peace to my day. They are a well oiled machine, making everything seem relaxed, simple and most of all, they make you feel special. May seem corny, but for someone who has always had a hard time being center of attention and lacks self confidence, this was the perfect place to be wed. Thank you Lisa and Craig for creating magic! When picking venues to have our micro-wedding, we were overwhelmed by the choices and the prices. When we discovered Carriage Lane, we decided on them almost immediately. They stood our in their outgoing and quick responses to our emails, the versatility of their selection, the reasonable price, and the gorgeous photos.Before making our decision, my fiance and I went down to Lake on the Mountain when they were setting up for another wedding to scope the place out. We fell in love. Lisa and Craig clearly put a lot of love and care into setting up their weddings. It was stunning.During the almost two years between the time we signed the contract to our wedding day, Craig and Lisa proved our gut feeling right. They were there to answer all of our questions and put our mind at ease during the process. They were very easygoing, which made us calm (this includes texting Lisa on the morning of the wedding asking to add a last minute song for a son/mother dance).Our actual wedding was an absolute dream. They clearly have each detail down a science. We were stunned by the flowers, the boat house, the venue, and the food (huge portions of delicious desserts and charcuterie).My only regret is that we did not stay at the venue for longer (we had to jet out early to make our dinner reservation). While we were heading to dinner, Lisa and Craig packed up all of the extra food/drinks and brought them to our cottage on the property, which was a very nice and unexpected thing for them to do.This is a day that we will remember for the rest of our lives. While I am sure that Lisa and Craig have done hundreds of weddings, the care they still obviously show has given us the gift of looking back at memories of the perfect day rather than memories of stressing over logistical issues.We would truly recommend Craig, Lisa, and Carriage Lane to anyone who is looking for a small, intimate wedding without the stress of actually having to plan one.
