Our first time using Liam at Vanguard Inspections, wow, were we ever impressed!!! Communication was excellent as Liam was quick to respond to our initial contact and all contact thereafter. He was very professional and provided a quality home inspection at an affordable price that included a comprehensive detailed report which he was more than willing to walk us through and answer any questions we had. Liam even followed up one more time just in case we further questions. Would we use Vanguard Inspections again and recommend them to others? Absolutely!!!

I hired Vanguard Inspections to complete a house inspection. It was very easy to book an appointment and Liam accommodated a date change for me and contacted all the necessary people so that I did not have to. When I met him for the walk through, he was professional, kind and took me through the house in an organized manner. He was very knowledgeable and explained the concerns clearly. The report is detailed and includes photos for easy reference. He followed up to see if I had any questions and assured me that he would be available if I had any in the future. I am very happy with the service.

Wonderful service! This will be my second time buying and having an inspection done. Liam is very knowledgeable, explains and documents things thoroughly, and is very patient/amazing with responding to questions. Had great future recommendations. My inspection was arranged on the fly, but he fit me in quickly and I didn’t feel it was rushed. Gave me all the assurance that I could contact him in the future, as I was at work during the inspection and couldn’t partake in a walk-through. The follow-up phone call was very detailed, and the report I was given was easy to understand, well laid out, and well documented. Would definitely use this service again and would recommend to everyone!

Yeah it's five stars across the board for Liam. Super helpful, got us in very quickly, rates are great, and he's incredibly thorough. The shareable report that comes to you (same day) is so well organized and easy to go through. Thanks a bunch Liam!

Liam was very responsive and fit us in a day early on our home inspection which was great. The inspection was thorough from the photos to the explanation of deficiencies found as well as priority to mitigate them.
