ACE Rent A Car

Worst car rental experience I have had in Canada. I have rented from more than 10 different locations across the country but no one was more careless and unprofessional as Sunny. Never consider going to this location . He robs and tries to steal from you. Unbelievable

I was searching a car on rent and fortunately I called “Aligo rent a car” where I mate Sourabh Arora, he behaved like a gentleman and while I was out I had to extend the contact; again the same guy helped me, I just had to drop a message and that was it. Extremely helpful person and clear conditions. No extra charges, no false billing; I will definitely suggest the company to all. Will definitely prefer the same company with Sourabh sir.

I have rented car 4 to 5 time this year. I would say they have the best customer service. I called them 1 day before for booking a car next day. Gentleman there went above and beyond to get me car even in the busiest time of the year. Will definitely recommend ACE rent a car.

I was having problems with my vehicle and had to take it the mechanic. I looked and searched and found ACE in Surrey BC. The service that has been provided to me was absolutely wonderful! Sonny is incredibly helpful and tries to give you the best deal and gives wonderful customer service! My vehicle was taking longer than expected and he helped my adding on more days to my rental and ensured I continued with the same rate. I totally endorse ACE Surrey location. Sonny really cares about his customers!

Very good service .Sunny is very helpful and trustworthy guy. Vehicle inventory is great to choose from, i am glad with the overall experience.

It was good, there were additional fees to my reservation but I was informed before paying, the car had defects but those were acknowledged in the initial report. I received instruction about the return, followed them and no issues.

Rented a car twiceThe service was excellent, car was clean, and the price was quite reasonable.

Staff was nice and the prices are good and the service was prompt.My only complaint is that the car was not clean - it was muddy, there were large crumbs in crevices on the dash and centre console, there were what appeared to be sneeze/spit dots and grease prints on the rear view mirror and the seats were stained.We couldn’t tell when we initially got the car in the dark underground parkade, but once we were outside the daylight showed all the filth.It really grossed me out that the car would be given out this dirty especially in a pandemic when people are already on high alert re: hygiene, germs and overall filth… it was so gross I went straight to London Drugs bought Lysol and a cleaning brush and spend a half hour disinfecting, and cleaning the car and myself in the mall parking lot before I could continue driving.Please clean and sanitize your vehicles between rentals; its not hygienic or acceptable to rent out filthy vehicles.

The service was excellent, car was clean, and the price was quite reasonable. I was rear-ended at an intersection and the rental was drive-able but damaged so I used it for the day with the agreement of the agent to bring the car in next morning to file the icbc claim. Little did I know that it was the agents day off and he was in the middle of preparations to travel on a long international trip. He was kind and reassuring the whole time and assisted me through the ICBC claim. He also paid for my coffee. A truly good experience with this company and I will be using them again in the future.
