Bob B's Party Rentals

Our elementary school has used Bob B's Party Rentals several years in a row for our end of year party. They are very responsive and helpful. Set up and take down of the bounce house has to be at a specific time due student drop off and pick up and they have always made sure to meet the deadline. We will definitely continue to use them.

Bob B's Party Rentals is fantastic to work with! Even though it was the off-season, they were very responsive and made the booking process smooth and efficient. This review is for the booking process only. I will update once the event has occurred.

We hired Bob B’s for all of our wedding rental needs: tables, chairs, linens, 60x20 frame tent and walls, lights, 10x10 tents, heaters, dance floor, and portable bar. You can’t beat their prices, and I really enjoyed working with Becca, Jen, Bob, and their team! They are very knowledgeable and helped us with some key decisions. Though they are short staffed due to the pandemic, I always felt like a priority to them. Thank you so much!

Bob B's is fantastic! Working with Jen and Becca was great. They were very responsive. They were eager to help me book the rental with only a few days left before the event. I especially appreciated the ability to make payments and sign the contract electronically, as I live in another part of the state.

We just hired Bob's for a graduation party. They were timely, showed up when they said they would, were priced well and communication was awesome. I would highly recommend them.

I have used Bob B's for our Clarkston SCAMP fundraising events for many years. I am always satisfied with the service and attention to detail that they offer. Jen and Becca are great to work with!

I had to use Bob’s tent rental as I needed a frame tent which majority of dealers do not carry. Initially they were pleasant to deal with and came out to do a free estimate as to what I would need. The invoice/pricing was a bit ridiculous and they nickel and dime you for every little thing that they have to do and they tack on extra labor which wasn’t in the initial quote. I did get a quote from another company who was substantially cheaper unfortunately they were not available that weekend so I had to go with Bob’s tent rental. The day before the delivery when I spoke to the receptionist, I asked her about paying my final payment by check. She was extremely rude and said clearly I didn’t read the paperwork as they only accept credit card and cash. I asked a simple question I don’t think she needed to be rude in her response. I will admit I did not read every detail of the contract but they also told me they would call me when they were going to pick the tent up and I’ve never received a phone call. They showed up one day out of the blue and I was at work which is what most people are doing Monday through Friday. None of the furniture in the patio had been cleared out because I did not know they were coming. They were extremely rude during the phone call and said they could leave me an invoice and move all the furniture themselves or show up to remove the tent the next day. They argued with me saying they had to move furniture for the set up of the tent as well and I stated no you did not my husband and I moved all of it off of the patio at your request. So either they didn’t remember setting up the tent or they were blatantly lying. There was one umbrella left on the patio with four steel plates and my husband moved the umbrella when they arrived and they used the four steel plates to prevent scratching on the patio. They also failed to mention that they needed to use your water to fill the barrels. Well it’s October and a lot of people have shut off their water and have blown out their sprinkler system so again this was not something we were prepared for because it was not mentioned ahead of time. They had to come back the following day to remove the tent and they also failed to mention that they were going to charge. I was left a voicemail that I owed them $35 via card or cash. Again another attempt at nickel and diming for every little thing. They fail to tell you the details of setting up the tent and payment etc. And just hope that you read every single line of their contract. I’m aware I’m responsible for the contract but communication would also be nice. I agree with other reviewers that the woman who answers the phone is extremely rude. The only positive thing I have to say about this company is that their tent was nice for my event. If you read the other negative reviews you can tell by the companies lengthy and rude responses that they are very unprofessional and difficult to work with.

Best bounce houses in the area! Rent here multiple times a year every year. Obstacle course is awesome.
